Attention fraud
They advertise free shipping to Switzerland if the buying is bigger than 79€ and also a return refund.
In reality further cost can come from the delivery service and in case of a return the customer always has to pay this fee. I'm very disappointed with the service team. I sent everything to running warehouse and I have to pay DHL vor delivery services. Very bad!

Quick Customer Service, quick shipping, free return
Review of runningwarehouse.eu
Webpage: You can only create a user account while placing an order. When I clicked the create-an-account button and created a password while placing an order, it did not result in having a user account. Attempting to log in results in the fail message: ''The email address you entered is not associated with a customer account at Running Warehouse.''
Customer Service has been notified, they responded quickly and I am awaiting a solution.
The formular for delivery-address could function better.
Searching products and finding information on the website is quick and intuitive.
I placed an order on the 22nd of January 2022.
It shipped out on the 24th and I received it on the 26th.
I returned the product.
Returs are paid by Running Warehouse, which to me is great service and the reason I was attracted to this webside along with the compedative sales.
I would very much have liked a return lable along with my packages, so I did not have to print one out myself. This was a nuisance.
Customer Service via e-mail: replies within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
Retur shipping:
Returned on the 28th of January, received by Running Warehouse on February 7th, registred on the 8th, refunded on the 10th.
I appreciate the Customer Service and the free return shipping service. I have placed a new order and am over all satisfied and trustful.
5 stars will be given when I can create an account prior to a purchase, when a return lable is included in the parcel and when I have more options regarding delivery.

Nice search form, slow & manual order confirmation
Had the desired Saucony Ride 13 shoe. Otherwise only available in US web shops not supporting EU shipping. Clear search function. Web ordering form dated (who has fixed-line phones in 2020 ?), and Google auto-filling of credit-card information only partially working. Email confirmation is only sent after what seems to be manual approval during normal business hours: subtracting 2 star.
