I have had the pleasure of working with Catia Campos for several years as we order our medals from Running Imp, and her customer service is consistently outstanding. Catia is proactive in keeping me updated, responds to my queries promptly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Organising events can be stressful, but Catia’s professionalism, efficiency, and friendly approach take a huge weight off my shoulders and make the process far easier.

Running Imp were extremely professional throughout; Taylor responded quickly to my emails, making a couple of small amendments that were necessary very quickly and processed an order for some trophies for upcoming running events very smoothly so we had them just a couple of days from placing the order. Very quick service and love the range. I have ordered swimming, running and Santa run medals two years in a row.

I order medals on behalf of the swimming club that my son attends having volunteered to help with organising the competitions. The club has used Running Imp on a regular basis over many years and since I took over the service has always been great. Our latest order was handled by Taylor who was very efficient and helpful, the order arrived quickly and was complete. Can't ask for better than that.
