Do not under any circumstance buy clothes or shoes from this website - you are not allowed to try it on at home! I bought a pair of running shoes on the black friday sale and it's the worst customer experience ever. Firstly, it took a long time to get the shoes. When the shoes came, I tried the shoes on INSIDE with socks (like any other normal person would do), but the size was to small so I couldn't use them. I reported a return, and due to poor translation on the website it was super difficult to understand whether it was possible to get a prepaid label or not. Due to late reply from customer service I ended up paying 20 euro for the return because I wanted to send the shoes back before Christmas. When the shoes arrive back at Runkd's address - I get a notice that they can't accept the return because the shoes have been worn. I'm in shock about this and on top of this Runkd want's me to pay for shipping back to Denmark. I reply that the shoes has been worn inside as I need to try them on to know if they fit or not. It is not reasonable that the customer is not allowed to try a shoe on.
Their latest reply is that I was dirty when trying the shoe on and that I was not wearing socks(!?). It's totally unheared of and I've never experienced anything like this. My biggest mistake is not taking photos of the shoes before returning - they were in perfect condition and this seems like a big scam. Do not shop form this site - spend a few more euros shopping from a trustworthy webshop instead.

Pedí unas zapatillas Hoka para un regalo el día 16 de noviembre estamos a un mes y no las he recibido.
He puesto varias reclamaciones en atención al cliente de la web porque la empresa de transporte italiana dice que salió el pedido y seur España que no pero el cliente buscándose la vida para saber dónde está el paquete y sin saber nada de ellos.
No me han devuelto el dinero y pondré el asunto en manos de la policía por estafa online así como en todas las webs que pueda para que nadie le pase lo mismo.

Perfetto, superveloci!!

Ho addocchiato in questo sito una racchetta da padel che risultava ad un prezzo decisamente vantaggioso.
Dopo un pò di titubanza ordino la racchetta giovedi mattina ore 12.50.
Ricevuta il giorno seguente alle ore 14.15 perfettamente imballata.
E pensare che leggendo alcune recensioni avevo quasi desistito da acquistare su questo sito.
Sia chiaro che non metto in dubbio che qualche utente possa aver avuto un ritardo o comunque una brutta esperienza, io mi limito ad esporre la mia, decisamente positiva.

Ho ordinato un paio di Hoka ad un prezzo più basso rispetto ad altri siti. Sono arrivate in pochi giorni e perfettamente imballate.

Scarpe arrivate esattamente come da foto, comprese le caratteristiche nella descrizione sul sito, servizio rapido, non ho avuto nisogno di nessun tipo di consulenza, perciò non posso giudicare il servizio assistenza, consiglio l'aquisto su questa piattaforma anche per le continue offerte presenti

Ottimo prodotto e molto ben confezionato, quello che non condivido pienamente è che facciano pagare le spese di reso cosicché se uno come me, che si trova la scarpa leggermente larga, ha paura a cambiarla perché magari la misura più piccola è poi troppo stretta. Dovrebbero dare almeno la possibilità di un reso gratuito altrimenti uno compra di altro sito dove è più comodo trovare la taglia esatta

Prezzo giusto considerando che era un prodotto nuovo e consegnato in tempi brevi.

Unsure why this company has close to a 5 star review. My order initially took much longer than expected was advertised to arrive despite paying £13 for delivery. Granted the products are coming from Italy so this is fine, just a little annoying. The real kicker is that I have accidentally ordered the incorrect size so return the goods, they receive them and then refund only £70 of the £108.90 I paid for the shoes (not including the £13 delivery). There is nothing about this in their refund policy so they essentially have taken £40 of my money for nothing. They don’t seem to have any customer support and didn’t explain why they refused to refund the full amount. One of my worst online shopping experiences, now over £60 out of pocket (£14 to return the shoes) for nothing other than the inconvenience of having to try and communicate with a poorly set up company.

Servizio eccellente. Ho acquistato un paio di Mizuno ad un ottimo prezzo la sera ed il pomeriggio successivo ho già potuto indossarle.. fantastico!
