Rugby Tour Spain were excellent. Clear communication, flexible and approachable. What more could you want when organising a tour for 60 people. The buses for the trip to Amazonias high ropes and the rugby festival day at Marbella were on time and both drivers accommodated some terrible singing! The festival itself was fantastic - a superb location and well organised. All done by RTS! Cheers Ade, when you’re in the village you will welcomed in the club 🏉

Came back from under 16s tour the other day. What a great weekend. Transport, communications and a great host in Ade. The Marbella rugby club accommodated hundreds of people on the day with friendly staff and volunteers providing food and drinks to help the atmosphere and keep the players fed and watered also. Kids came away with smiles, memories and a lovely souvenir t shirt. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and allowed players from other teams to meet each other and share rugby tales….

From caerleon rfc we had an amazing time from start to finish would definitely recommend everyone was lovely and it was a brilliant day for my sons 1st time abroad he absolutely loved every minute thank u so much ade and he was such a lovely person 🥰

Arrived home last weekend from the U16’s Rugby tournament to Marbella . Ade met us at the airport and walked us to our hotel and fully informed us of everything going on. The whole tour itself was well organised from start to finish & communication excellent throughout. We all enjoyed ourselves and made lots of memories. Great experience for the boys as well as the mums and dads!

We have just returned from an unforgettable U16s tour to Marbella with Rugby Tour Spain, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Organising a tour abroad can be a daunting task, but from start to finish, the experience was seamless. Communication with Adrian was nothing short of outstanding—he was always available, whether by phone, text, or email. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A perfect example of this was when we arrived late on a Friday evening and the hotel initially claimed breakfast wasn’t included. One quick call to Adrian at 9pm, and he immediately stepped in and resolved the issue without hesitation. That level of support was incredibly reassuring.

Every detail of the tour was carefully planned and clearly communicated throughout, which made the whole process stress-free.

We stayed at the Ramada Wyndham Costa del Sol, and the accommodation exceeded expectations. The apartments were clean, spacious, and all located within close proximity to each other, which was ideal for keeping the group together. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the rugby venue. Fuengirola is also nearby—either a short taxi ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk. The resort is quite hilly, so it may not suit those with limited mobility, but for our group it worked perfectly.

All logistics were handled brilliantly—from transfers to bookings—allowing us to focus on enjoying the experience.

The rugby itself was played in a truly idyllic setting, with stunning surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere, enhanced by great music and organisation throughout the tournament. The after-match environment really added to the overall experience for the players.

A lovely added touch was the free t-shirts provided for both players and coaches, which were greatly appreciated.

This was our first tour with Rugby Tour Spain, but it certainly won’t be our last. A first-class experience all around.

Just returned from an amazing rugby tour with Caerleon rfc u16 and a large part of that great experience was down to Rugby Tours Spain/ Ade. Very well organised and managed from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Brilliant. Tour was well organised from start to finish. Good information and local inside knowledge from Ade which allowed both parents and players to fully enjoy themselves. I think he even organised the weather ☀️ Marbella RFC were amazing hosts for the tournament with class ground and facilities. Good standard of rugby on display. Hotel was a great location and very accommodating for a boisterous rugby team & parents. Happy memories for life….although still recovering 🤔💪😂 Highly recommended 👊

We’ve just returned from our U16s tour to Spain organised by Rugby Tours Spain, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations.

This was a big step for us as a group — the first overseas tour for Caerleon RFC U16s, many of whom have been playing together since U6s and are used to annual UK tours. Taking a group of around 60 players, coaches and supporters abroad naturally came with a bit of apprehension, but from the moment we arrived, everything was handled with complete professionalism and ease.

We were met at Gibraltar Airport by Ade, who escorted us across the border (a very smooth 10-minute walk) and made sure everything was running seamlessly from day one. Throughout the trip, he was always on hand, going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of — his support made a huge difference.

All aspects of the tour were excellent. Transport in Spain was seamless, the accommodation was great, and the excursions were really well organised and enjoyed by all.

The tournament at Marbella Rugby Club was a real highlight — a fantastic venue, great atmosphere, and a strong standard of opposition that made it both competitive and enjoyable. The hospitality and food were also top class.

As someone who understands how complex organising trips like this can be, I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was delivered flawlessly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rugby Tours Spain to any club considering a tour — a first-class experience from start to finish.

We at Caerleon RFC U16s used Rugby Tour Spain for our last hurrah to finish junior rugby and I am so glad we did!

We flew to Gibraltar, stayed in Cádiz and played a tournament at Marbella RFC on the Saturday whilst there. Everyone had an absolutely fantastic time and as well as helping us organise, Ade Parsons was a brilliant point of contact whilst we were there, I can’t thank him enough.

If you’re a rugby club looking to tour abroad I would definitely recommend using Rugby Tour Spain.

Just back from an unbelievable rugby trip to Marbella organised by Rugby Tours Spain 🏉☀️

From start to finish, everything was spot on. The organisation was seamless, the accommodation was top quality, and the balance between rugby and downtime was perfect. The fixtures were well arranged and competitive, our host club also went above and beyond.

What really made the trip special was the player bonding — both within our own squad and with the other clubs we met along the way. Connecting after matches, sharing experiences, and building friendships with teams from different places added a whole extra layer to the trip. It wasn’t just about rugby, it was about camaraderie and making lasting memories.

Off the pitch, Marbella was the perfect destination. Great weather, brilliant atmosphere, and plenty to do as a team made it a trip to remember. Rugby Tours Spain really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves.

We’ve just returned from an Under 16 rugby tour with Caerleon RFC, organised by Rugby Tour Spain, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.

We stayed just next to Gibraltar in Spain, which was a brilliant location. The weather was great, the area was beautiful. Great restaurants and bars etc and right on the beach front.

The matches were played in Marbella, and the standard of rugby was excellent. The fixtures were well organised and competitive, and we’re proud to say that Caerleon RFC went on to win the tournament, which made the experience even more special for the team.

Everything throughout the trip was very well run — transport, accommodation, and communication were all smooth and stress-free.

Most importantly, the boys had an unforgettable experience. It wasn’t just about rugby, but also about team bonding, confidence, and creating lasting memories.

A huge thank you to Rugby Tour Spain — we would highly recommend them to any club looking to organise a tour abroad.

Our experience with Rugby Tour Spain was simply fantastic from start to finish.
The communication between myself and the Rugby Tour Spain team, both before and during the tour, was excellent. Everything was clear, well organised and professional, which made planning and travelling with a large group much easier and stress-free.

Upon arrival in Malaga, our transfer bus was already waiting for us, which immediately gave a great first impression. The hotel exceeded our expectations – we stayed in spacious apartments with beautiful first-row sea views. The facilities were excellent: a large outdoor pool, plenty of loungers and seating areas, and a great bar area.

With the amazing weather, this became the perfect place for our players and staff to relax together. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner was more than satisfactory for a sports group.

Transport to the tournament and to the social event in Sotogrande harbour was perfectly arranged. The after-match social was a real highlight: unlimited pizza and paella were provided, and together with teams from Gibraltar and Camp Hill (UK) we enjoyed watching the Six Nations in a fantastic rugby atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly and we were safely transported back to the hotel afterwards.

On our departure day, the bus brought us to the airport right on time, and it was a very nice personal touch that Guy and Adrian came to say goodbye.

Overall, Rugby Tour Spain delivered a truly professional and enjoyable rugby tour experience. We felt welcomed, well looked after and supported throughout. This is definitely something we would like to repeat next year with our U18 team from Rugby Club ’t Gooi (Naarden, The Netherlands).

Our tour with Rugby Tour Spain was a fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Contact with the organizers beforehand and during the entire process was constructive, the hotel exceeded all our expectations, and the bus transportation to and from the airport and to the match venue was perfectly arranged. And then, after the matches, such a closing ceremony with the Six Nations on a big screen, a delicious hot meal, and a few beers made it all unforgettable. I have just returned from a Vets Tour to Marbella with Rugby Tour Spain. From start to finish, communication, hotel facilities, the tournament itself, and after match entertainment organised by Rugby Tour Spain were all outstanding. Time and again they went above and beyond to give us a superb tour experience, that I doubt could be bettered.
