My daughter and I came in the day before your sale. Not one person spoke to us/asked if we needed any help. You were too busy trying on the new season stock and having a coffee with a relative. My daughter tried on her jeans and we took them to the checkout. No pleasantries, didn’t say a word to us. My daughter looked at a tshirt that was on a rail next to the checkout. Only then did the girl at the checkout speak, “they’re not for sale yet” and that was the only communication from anyone in there. This isn’t the only time we have felt the complete lack of customer service and disregard for anyone other than a farmer or someone in the equine business.
I’m afraid we will take our custom elsewhere in future.

An absolutely lovely shopping experience!
An absolutely lovely shopping experience. With helpful staff. Jeans I liked weren't in my size so the lady in the shop got some brought over from their other shop in Harrogate which took just a couple of days. We were offered tea and cake on our visit! The shop has a wide range of clothing, shoes and accessories and I was spoilt for choice. 😊

Thank you for your review, Simon. We’re pleased you were happy with your purchase and the price, but we’re very sorry that the delivery let your experience down.
Your order was dispatched from us the following day on the next-day service as requested, but unfortunately it then experienced an unexpected delay within the courier network. We completely understand the frustration, particularly when you had paid extra for next-day delivery.
As you didn’t receive the next-day service you paid for, we’ve refunded the difference between our standard and next-day delivery charges back to your original payment method.
We’re sorry the delivery didn’t match the service you expected on this occasion, and we hope this goes some way towards putting things right.
Best wishes,
Team Rufford’s
