RuffleButts / RuggedButts Anmeldelser

Do you want really great customer service? You can
get it with RuffleButts! I didn't apply my 20% new
customer discount code when I sent in my order. I
was happily surprised that they would still give me the discount!
Thanks Summer D. for your quick response and
excellent service!

The products are great quality and absolutely adorable. AND, their customer service is EXCELLENT!!

These clothes are high quality and unique. My daughter always get compliments!

I absolutely adore this fine company! The merchandise is top quality and the option to monogram an item makes the item extra special. I’m a lover of monogrammed items! I recently purchased a chambray dress for my granddaughter with her monogram. Unfortunately the monogram was incorrect. I contacted the company and I was so impressed by the kindness and professionalism I experienced. I received another dress with the correct monogram within a day after speaking to a customer representative. Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service! I’m looking forward to purchasing many more items in the years to come.

Ruggedbutts has been my go to for my boys, especially the swim. I love the cute patterns and long sleeve rash guards, and the quality is amazing! The quarter zip sweaters are my son's favorite school wear, and are so soft and comfortable! Customer service is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with an order.

I recently ordered some darling dresses and bathing suits for my twin granddaughters. They arrived and are just so cute! The girls look so adorable in them also!! I’ve always been so pleased with everything I’ve bought from RB! The quality of the clothes is superior and they always launder very well! The bathing suits are just the cutest too! Love me some RuffleButts!

Love the quality of their clothes! This isn't the first time I've ordered through them, but this time I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of tights when I only meant to order 1 and didn't catch it until after I submitted payment and checked out. I emailed customer service and was contacted right away with someone who helped me reverse the transaction and refunded my money. Very responsive and attentive customer service. Thank you so much!

I have always loved everything I’ve ordered from Ruffle Butts, and the customer service is top notch! Will definitely continue to order. : )

I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service. For the BOGO event, I couldn’t add my free item and I called after my order was placed and they fixed it immediately and were incredibly happy to help. A++ customer service!

What a wonderful company, with great clothes and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend RuffleButts for the children in your life!

We ordered bigger sizes of our daughters swimsuit bc we love it so much! I accidentally filled in the wrong address on the order. When I called I got through to Karlea right away. She got my info, found my order me fixed it. It took a matter of minutes and Karlea was so pleasant. Great customer service goes a long way. And of course a terrific product.

Renata was so helpful. She was professional, courteous and patient. She resolved my problem quickly even though it was my fault! These items are adorable and well made. I will tell all my “GlamMom” friends about this company and products!

I see all the reviews are for smaller sizes well when you get to size 5 and over there are no ruffles on the butt. This information is hidden. If you don’t scroll through all the pictures and read under what picture #5 says you will order what you believe to be “ruffle butt” Pjs only to be disappointed. The lack of ruffles does not change the price either! My granddaughters are very disappointed at ages 4 and 6 they STILL want RUFFLES. Poor advertising for sure!

Falling in love with this company and their products! Their website is easy to use and their swimsuits are the best out there.

I ordered several things for my new great niece. Renata was very sweet and helped me pick out things that could mix and match! The new parents were overjoyed about the quality and cuteness of the outfits! I will definitely be ordering again❤️

One of my favorite shops to purchase for my littles. Love everything!! Their baby/toddler swimsuits are the best!!! Customer service is 100%!!!

Excellent quality clothing. I've purchased several items - bathing suits, rash guards, sun hats - everything is very well made, has not faded, and adorable. Customer service is fabulous and helped me tremendously. A++

Firstly, I love their swimsuits! They’re super cute, great quality and great value. My daughter has had other well known brand items and they just aren’t the same at all. They are definitely worth the money and I have even passed down a few items to friends children and they still look good as new.
Secondly, their customer service is amazing. I made a mistake on my order (somehow adding the wrong house number) and my order was returned to them because the address didn’t exist. Without having to do a thing they found my correct address (from a previous order) and reshipped at no cost to me and the order was barely even late. Very helpful help desk staff too, quick response and very friendly; thank you to Karlea for your help this morning!

This has the greatest quality of material and cutest designs.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond the BEST 🏆🏆🏆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It is the customer service I have ever received !!!!!!!!!!!!

Every company should take notes on this company!!! People who cared about my order from start to finish.

THANK YOU.
