Marcus was the most wonderful customer support person that I contacted regarding an error that I made in my order. He was absolutely remarkable during the whole process. I will definitely order from ruffle butts again.

Summer is a true blessing of an employee! My 4-month old is getting baptized and I needed to find a new dress for her and my 2-year old. I was so confused by how the personalization should look and what was typical on these types of clothing. Summer walked me through everything and showed me mock ups! To say she helped this mamma with a foggy brain is an understatement; certainly will be favoriting this website!

Allyssa was excellent. I had some trouble with a duplicate order, and she listened to everything I had to say and was able to fix my issue in a matter of minutes. She then helped me with my rewards account. Allyssa has made it so that RuffleButts has me as a customer for life.

Allyssa was so kind in helping me get a dress for my daughters first birthday party!!! Thank you for being so kind!!!!!!

Allyssa was awesome!! She listened to my situation and was very positive and helpful when solving the problem.
Love the great customer service!!
Thank you so much Ruffle and Rugged Butts! We love yall!

My daughter’s swim suit faded from a bright colorful purple, to a pale baby pink. Samantha was very pleasant to work with, responded within MINUTES, and issued a refund because they were out of my daughter’s size for a new suit! I will definitely try another one because of their friendliness and customer support! Thank You

Marcus was kind and empathetic with the issue (which was no fault of RB’s) we had. He went above and beyond and offered us a replacement item. My daughter will be so happy!

After placing an order online on 7/27, I had to call & e-mail on 7/28 to make a change in my order. My request was handled by Marcus, who was so helpful & courteous. Marcus has excellent customer service skills & he is another reason I will continue to order from RuffleButts. Sincere thanks, Donna Williams

They helped me after I mistyped my address by replacing my order! Love their clothes too!

I love the team at RuggedButts! It is always so easy to get customer service on the phone and they are always extremely helpful. I had a package that was stolen and the team was so helpful in getting my replacement order out to me! I am a customer for life!

Everything I buy from Ruffle Butts looks adorable on my kids and is great quality! Anytime I’ve come across an issue customer service goes out of their way to help me. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

The bathing suit I ordered fit amazing. As a mom of four, being in a bathing suit is not my favorite thing but I feel like it’s actually very flattering and it doesn’t move everywhere when I pick up my kid, nurse the baby, or swim laps.
Customer service is great as well. I will definitely be telling my fiends all about RuffleButts!

I was gifted a buttery soft onesie for my baby girl. It was 3-6 month size so we waited patiently to wear it. After washing and throwing on after a bath, I noticed a red spot of my daughter’s chest. There was a small hard section of material where it looked like something was properly cut or sewn in correctly. It happens, no big deal! I emailed customer service, who responded in less than 24 hours, and they thanked me for reaching out. Not only was she very polite, thankful for using their product, but she immediately offered to send a replacement outfit! What a pleasant experience! I can’t boast them enough! Love rufflebutts!

Alyssa l was such an amazing customer service rep. She went above an beyond. She was so understanding and figured out a solution in no time. I have never had such an amazing experience with a customer service rep. Please give her a raise!!!

Excellent, far beyond the average customer service! Love their suits and too. Durable clothing and swimsear for CUTE. Shout out to Marcus in customer service who was especially helpful! Will be purchasing from this company again and again!

Summer was wonderful! She replied so quickly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was very kind and professional! I will definitely keep ordering from RuffleButts :)

Allyssa helped me SO much to make sure a discount code went through. She made this incredibly easy for me and this discount helps me so much. I am so grateful for her support. Thanks!!!

Marcus was absolutely AMAZING!! I was checking on the status of an item I purchased for a birthday photo shoot and he went above and beyond!! He saw that the item had been picked and that usually would be enough but he went to the back and saw that it had been embroidered, got it packaged up, AND got it shipped out!

I recently placed an order with RuffleButts and needed to make some adjustments. I worked with Allyssa in Customer Service and she provided excellent help. I found her extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

I will definitely be using RuffleButts in the future!

First of all, the suit quality and designs are top tier. I looked a lot for a quality, bright and cute neon suit for my daughter, and RuffleButts took the cake. I opted for the adorable embroidery, and it is…just so good. The customer service was also excellent, responding if I had any questions or issues immediately (shout out to Summer!) Go for it!
