I've been a customer for 3+ years. Can't recommend their releases enough.

As someone pushing 50 years old that has been a collector of many things since the mid 80s, including a collection of band/music/comic shirts that is currently near 3000 shirts, I have over 700 unique items from this company and have purchased from them since it was a one man operation.
I have purchased from dozens of one person, fan made shirt designers and have had an array of experiences from horrible, to average to outstanding.
Rucking Fotten has always been in the outstanding category. The quality of the artistic designs, shirts and especially customer service is unmatched with brands doing relatively the same thing.
So many of the reviews on here are customers who have made errors on their end or have misunderstood how the process works, the customer has to take accountability for that. I've dealt with this company when they made an error and they fixed it expeditiously, and I've dealt with this company when I made an error where they explained it thoroughly and professionally.
Do not hesitate to purchase from this company, you will be extremely pleased with the product, the experience and the community that has built up around it.

RF is one of the few apparel companies that I actively keep up with, monitoring all their design reveals and ordering more of them than my closet can keep up with. The quality is always top notch and their customer service has always been more than helpful`

I discovered this company in the pandemic in 2020 and Ive been collecting their shirts ever since. The absolute best in the premium shirt business. Incredible designs, great variety of style and color, owners that truly give a shit, and one of the most supportive collector communities on the internet. I have bought countless shirts and Im not stopping anytime soon.

First discovered these shirts through Stavros Halkias and got a few. Was expecting something cheap like you often find on etsy, was thrilled at how freaking good these shirts are. Not only are the designs awesome but these are printed really well. I used to work at a screen shop and let me tell you, registering this many different colors and tight little lines is not easy. And on some of these shirts you can feel just how much ink they put on, it's really cool and makes them feel like how screen printed shirts used to feel back in the 90s. Sometimes you have to wait awhile between a pre-order and actually getting the shirt, but honestly I love having time to forget and then randomly a rad movie shirt shows up in the mail. One of the best t-shirt companies out there, highly recommend.

Always had a good experience when ordering from RF. It is a small business, not Amazon with lightning-fast shipping. If you come with unrealistic expetations and are impatient you will be dissapointed and unhappy.
Read their site FAQs, and if you are impatient or curious check their pre-order updates.
All that being said I love the designs they offer, always exciting to see when they have a new drop. I have bought a bunch during their Archive Sales and during Pre-order windows, and the very few times I have needed to reach out to customer service they have always been helpful and friendly.

Every experience is great.
Customer Service is quick to respond with helpful solutions.
Product quality is typically better than expected.

Rucking Fotten has great products with great customer service to boot. I just got my matrix shirts in yesterday, minty fresh as always. I have bought from RF for years now and have never had an issue. Customer service has always responded within their advertised time and been nothing but polite. The shirts have awesome designs that withstand many washes with proper care. All around a fantastic company.

I've been ordering from them since 2022 and I've been increasingly impressed with the quality of their products and service ever since. They are a very small team, so timing of responses and shipping requires some patience, but the few times I've had any issues, they were handled professionally.

Support some cool people that clearly care about their product and their customers!

Great merch that keeps getting greater. My daily shirt choice went from band shirts 7 days a week to RF 7 days a week. Been a long time supporter and will keep returning.

This company makes some of the best screen printed shirts you will ever find. I am especially a huge fan of their crew necks and sweatsuits. Customer service in regards to missing or stolen items could definitely be better but they aren’t as unresponsive as many of these reviewers say. I pretty much only buy tshirts from them at this point t and will continue to.

I’ve been buying from RF since their first Danhausen drop. They’ve always been incredibly transparent with shipping times, any delays, etc. I’ve never had any issue reaching out to customer service and quite honestly, if you speak to them like human beings, you’re going to get a much better response. (My wife recently had an issue come up with shipping of her Dracula order. Meghan got back to her promptly!) I’ve only ever had an issue way back when they did the Tarantino drop, and they kept all of us up to date on a regular basis. A wonderful company that I will continue to support.

I am absolutely obsessed with their T-shirts! I look forward to their drops, their customer service is stellar, and if you can catch them at a con it’s amazing!! They are very clear about delivery times and custom art takes time - worth the wait! Can’t say enough good things about these folks decking me out in style! When is the next drop?! 😁

All of these bad reviews are from people who clearly have no patience and don't know how to read. RF has the best customer service in the industry. And their product quality is 2nd to none. I own hundreds of their shirts and I wear them every day. Great people. Great Company. RForever.

Well made shirts with quality silkscreened designs. Customer service is awesome. (Thanks Meghan!) Quickly resolved some of the problems I’ve had in the past. Good folks who work over there. People need to understand that these shirts are made to order and take time to produce. Own about 50 of their shirts and plan on buying more.

Been ordering shirts from these guys for years. Love every single one of them. Great quality and art. Other reviews complain about the wait time but it’s all clearly stated on the site as you are ordering the shirts. These are preorders not print on demand. Thank you again for the great shirts
