This company is owned by a company called kinetix ventures. They own a couple other online casino sites and are generally known for not giving you your redemptions.. they cap your redemptions they come up with other stuff. They just close your account. They won’t let you verify.. do not give them a dime. It is an entire scam.

After winning $300 they blocked my…
After winning $300 they blocked my account and said I had a duplicate WHICH I DIDNT. I accidently hit login with facebook instead of using my email address which created a new account. I instantly logged off and never played a second on that one or did anything on it. As soon as I realized it I logged into my normal account. Instead of just asking me about it they blocked me and stole me $300. I bet they wouldn't have done that if I kept losing
Update 7/19 - they replied to this review saying to reach out to support, ive been trying for 2 days now with no response. I will update this review if they "make it right" but I hardly doubt it. They could have asked me about it before hand instead of jumping to steal $300 from me. Any other legitimate casino business would just close one of the accounts as a review would see there was absolutely no activity on it and a mistake but this company always actively tried to find ways to scam their players.
Edit 7/20 - lol as expected support said they are not going to do anything about it. What a joke scam of a business

Rubychips is a good one!!
Ruby hips is a good one. Five stars for easy signup, verification, purchase and ultimately redemption. I play many platforms of this ilk and I can’t remember one of them being so easy to navigate and verify my identity.
