This is unacceptable. I've placed my orders i was impressed with the price and deal. Still waiting and no one is responding. I hate this and I am stressed about it. Please don't order from here. I just want my money back

I have a bad experience with this company. They took my payments immediately 28 days ago for two invoices which went to my junk mail which were firstly undetected. On three separate unrelated dates they have stated my goods have just been dispatched ( no tracking available) Then after about three weeks I was told I could cancel (which seems to indicate that the items have never been dispatched) and receive a refund and to confirm cancellation . I confirmed three times and subsequently requested a refund three times but still to no avail. I am disappointed and upset although my fault for trusting a company online. I have found them to be
a difficult company with which to communicate and contact and they are no longer responding to me.

Please DO NOT purchase anything with this company I ordered stuff few weeks ago no update for anything their email doesnt work phones line doesnt work. i completed online form to contact me but nothing. I somehow managed to find an email and emailed to and i received the following message however since then i sent all the info requested and have been chasing endlessly but no reply what so ever. OH ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE MONEY FOR THE ITEMS It really really is bad I am thinking of reporting this company to trading standards. any advise would appreciated please thank you

I cannot work out if this is a real business or another scam. I sent them an email asking for a status report on an order I placed 2 weeks ago and my email was returned as undeliverable.

Purchased an item on 9th September returned said item but never received a refund. Tried to contact Ruby and Daisy but found that the phones had been disconnected, website and email no longer available. Investigating further I found that the company filed for liquidation in January 2023, still sold item though and nothing said to customers, one of the directors has now set up another on line clothes shop. They certainly will not get my custom.

I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer Joanne. I bought can item on the 5th Sept, returned it on 12th but have no refund. Facebook presence has disappeared and they have also taken down the R &D community page.
Very disappointed with a company I previously believed had principles

Returned an item ... store has since permanently closed & one of the owners Antonella has said she is no longer part of it! Meanwhile, no idea of where my item is or how to get a refund as website is also closed!

Prompt delivery, easy to return if you need to, easy to judge wether a garment will fit due to full descriptions. Love that models of all sizes wear the items so you can judge what it may look like on myself.

Ruby and Daisy are a really good company supplying some plus size clothes , which I need .
Clothes are fashionable and not frumpy and are good quality .
Frustrating sometimes when clothes sell out immediately but that’s fast fashion .
Overall a really good experience

Ended up with 4 items 2 tops 1 trousers and a small bag all great ( trousers not really me but for a £ 5 kept )

The items purchased appear to be very well made and very competitively priced. These being ( a pair of boots and a longline rhea jacket) both well made and very competitively priced. Looking forward to wearing out to many occasions.

Fantastic service and lovely girls who work very hard

The scarf was beautiful but the “ snake skin”: purse was such a disappointment. Some one had already returned it as you could tell by the condition it was in . The strap is thin and all bent because it was just stuck inside the bag.and the tassel on the zipper was just shoved under the flap and all creased and twisted.No wear does it say made in Italy like advertised .I paid $35.00 your shipping cost and then had to pay $26.93 at the door to UPS That is too much for the quality of the bag .I would return it if it but the cost is too much. Sorry ladies that I have to make this .complaint ,

I ordered some trousers that were at a fabulous price.
The item arrived in reasonable time and well packaged.

I have been a customer of Ruby&Daisy for a few years now. During that time I have received some lovely, quality clothing. They are very efficient in despatching the orders and I always receive them on time.
It is important to support small businesses like Ruby&Daisy instead of the large brand names because firstly they are in the UK , the customer service is 2nd to none, they make you feel a valued customer and not just a number . I can’t rate them enough. I recommend Ruby&Daisy.

Viewing the clothes on Facebook live great way to see the clothes also they try them on so I get a good idea of what it looks like

I recently ordered 2 items of the same dress and was very disappointed to find one was too small and the other a lot bigger, I returned the small one with no problems, also delivery can differ greatly from one order to the next , this is an honest review from my personal experience, but the correspondence is always prompt and informative (email) and I will continue to use the website .
