Great Job today of clearing a lot of rubbish. Thanks to Mark and Tony, two of the nicest most helpful guys you could possibly meet. 5 Stars all round.

SCAM - do not use! Got a quote to remove 2 standard sized sofas (neither were sofa beds or particularly heavy) which seemed reasonable (about £5 difference from 2 or 3 other companies we got quotes from). We offered to send over pictures for a more accurate quote but they said it was fine. The sofas were on the 1st floor and we were told they could be collected from the 1st floor- however we moved them both outside by our driveway just to make it easier for them (again if 2 not particularly strong 23 year olds can get both sofas down a flight of stairs easily- they can't be that heavy). When the 2 removal guys arrived, they very lazily picked up one of the sofas and said it was too heavy so there would be an extra charge (we know this is not true because they actually said that the lighter of the 2 sofas was too heavy so it was clear that they had already decided they would overcharge us and when they realised they had they had been caught in a lie they changed the subject when we pushed them to provide an explanation). We would've been happy to pay a bit more as the website was clear the quote wasn't final and there was a weight and pay rule. However they were trying to charge us double what the quote was and the rationale was very clearly a lie.

They then changed the reason why there was an extra charge- making it clearer they were making things up as they went along and when we asked to speak to their manager/ person who provided a quote/ office team- they said they didn't know their number. So we found the number via the website and whilst we called, they tried to drive off despite saying they would wait until we spoke to their manager.

In the end we told them we weren't paying what they were asking as we could tell they were trying to scam us, we told them it was cruel they were trying to take advantage of young people who were on a tight deadline. We were moving out of our rental property and needed the sofas gone that day or the next day so we were desperate or we would lose some of our deposit. I asked them once more very clearly if they could give us an explanation as to why they were charging us more than the quote and they laughed in our faces as they drove off. Luckily we got another company to remove the sofas the next day for only £4 more than Rubbish2go's original quote- again confirming they were trying to rip us off.

I then tried to call the office to make a complaint and got fobbed off with the same nonsense, I was told the manager would give us a call or email back within a few days and didn't hear a thing. This is the most unprofessional, stressful company I have ever dealt with in my life. It's clear from the terrible website and the fact they have no reviews or no google page that they are just a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Easy to obtain quote, turned up next day as promised and even swept up. Made getting rid of old fence easy . Excellent value.

Great service from this company - sensible pricing, the communication was professional and organised, Rich & Max turned up when they said, did a great job, polite and friendly and even swept up after! Highly recommended.

I contacted Rubbish2go yesterday, received a competitive quote quickly, and they collected our items next day. They even accommodated a few extra items we found after arranging the quote, for a small additional fee. To cap it off, today I received confirmation after collection, with a photo of the items on the truck. All in all I was very impressed with this company.

Rubbish2Go will park poorly, block pavements, abuse your neighbours and make a mess - all for a fair price.

What a great work force!! Friendly, helpful, with the 'get the job done' attitude of Mark, Jamie & Aidy. Brilliant!!
I will most definitely recommend & use again.

Great customer service from the office team. The rubbish collected within 24 hours and the guys that collected the load were excellent. Really polite and had it cleared really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I used this company for the first time, really great service. The quote was reasonable. The collection was quick. The customer advisors were really prompt and professional when I contacted them and the chaps who did the heavy lifting were really good. They are very careful and considerate when in your home. Thanks for a fab service. Will definitely use again when I clear out my loft area!!

I’ve used them twice and both times I was pleased with the service. Friendly and helpful staff, provided a 2hr time slot the day before, turn up on time and always stick to the quote provided. They worked fast and made sure everything was tidy as they left. Would use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The waste collection team showed on time (even 10 mins earlier) they collected everything that is agreed on. I made the payment once everything has been collected (unlike other waste collection companies, they usually ask you to pay during booking). They finished everything in 5 mins. I am very pleased with this service and if I need it in the future I will definitely use this company.

Very good company who performed to expectations, on time and to prearranged pricing.
Garage clearance very challenging and a job very well done.

Really great service with these guys, right from getting the quote to booking the job. They attended on time and did the job swiftly. Very clear pricing as well. I would definitely recommend and use the service again.

This company was very professional from the customer service team to the drivers.great price too.I would use them again

Andy and Christine

I hired this company to remove the rubbish and I was quoted £280. The driver came the next day and when asked for a final price he said it is quoted and will be the same. After loading the rubbish, he asked to pay £360. My guy also helped him to load the rubbish into the van. When spoke to the customer services they were rude and not helpful at all and threatened to unload the rubbish. Not a reliable and trust able company for any work. Avoid to face disappointments later.

Great service, effective waste removal. The team were fast, friendly, very efficient, and reasonably priced.

Rubbish2Go have been my 'go to' solution rather than use skips... recommended to friends and family. I was therefore really disappointed that they tried to rip me off on the latest job - having agreed a price, including a rate for additional yardage, they turned up late, and with a full load already, meaning they would have to do my job in two trips (it wasn't a big job) and charge me for two trips instead of one! When I complained, they really didn't care, or even try to offer a solution. My advice to other customers; take care to agree a total fee up front and make it clear that you want the full job done in one trip, otherwise they will sting you and not think twice about it - loyalty counts for nothing with these guys, after all, there are pleny of other customers out there.
