A Fraudulent and Dishonest Company
A Fraudulent and Dishonest Company – Do Not Trust Them!
This company is nothing but a scam. I worked for them in March, and it’s now months later, and they still haven’t paid me. Shakir Ansari, the so-called “owner”, and his associate, Maisha Khan Rosny, are absolute con artists. They will sweet-talk you into working for them, make promises, and then when it’s time to get paid, they avoid you like the plague.
They feed you lies and excuses, dragging things out endlessly while they have no intention of ever paying you. It’s not just me—countless others have fallen victim to their deceitful tactics. These people are crooks, plain and simple. Be very, very cautious before associating with these scammers.
Don’t waste your time, energy, or reputation on them. Stay far away from this dishonest and exploitative company!
Update: Now RTP is claiming I was “incompetent” and caused them to lose a client. Let’s set the record straight. They conveniently forgot to mention they desperately hired me because the person working for that client at the time threatened to quit due to the company’s complete lack of professionalism and the client's toxic behavior.
Here’s how RTP operates: they give you a specific set of tasks, only for the client to dump 100 additional responsibilities on you. When you raise this with RTP, asking them to mediate, they flat-out refuse, telling you to “handle the situation.” Rosny, in particular, repeatedly admitted to me that she didn’t want to talk to the client because he was “rude” and “wouldn’t listen.” That’s the level of leadership you can expect here.
For context, the previous employee handling this client quit mid-shift within three days of me joining, citing the unreasonable workload, lack of support from RTP, and the client’s abusive behavior as the main reasons. This sudden resignation also forced me to take on her responsibilities that same day without any prior warning.
You’re challenging me to prove others weren’t paid? Gladly. I have plenty of evidence showing your incompetence, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior. Let’s not forget the instance where an employee quit mid-shift, wasn’t paid for months, and faced verbal abuse from the client. Where was your so-called professionalism then?
Oh, and about your client: they want to pay for one hour of work but expect eight hours' worth of labor. Instead of addressing this glaring issue yourself, you dumped it on me to “handle.” That’s your idea of management?
RTP is nothing but a poorly run scam hiding behind excuses and gaslighting anyone who dares to expose them. Your track record speaks for itself.
