I placed an order for 12 saws and they did not inform me until the date they were suppose to be delivered that they were out of stock, and that is only because I had emailed them asking where my order was. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a very expensive part and when calling to check on the back order status they answered on the first ring and it was a rep that accurately answered all my questions on my delivery status.

I was charged for the three packages of…

I was charged for the three packages of gloves and never received them in the mail like promised .on the 6 of December. I'm still hoping that they will show up but at this point I am not very hopeful.

No cust. service after the order rcv'd - UPDATE: MADE IT RIGHT!

Received the mat'l in a timely fashion but never received the documentation that was required with shipment. Have sent multiple emails requesting and have received absolutely NO response. Frankly, 3 stars may be a little too high at this juncture.

UPDATE - 01/18/2024: After RSH rcv'd my review they jumped all over it and had this situation resolved immediately. Certainly appreciate their working to make this right. For that I give them the thumbs up!

Incomplete order of batteries

Ordered box of batteries, received just one sleave out of the box. Called and it took a follow up e-mail days later to ask for a status. The issue took quite some to resolve and then ship.
