Have ordered before and was fine even though it took a while. This time after three weeks my order was cancelled with no explanation. I’ve emailed twice and been ignored.

Finally after waiting 3 weeks got my order was nothing like what it looked like in the picture I understand that it's handmaid also no instructions on how to assemble came unassembled I would not recommend buying anything from the studio until they improve their quality of shipping and instructions and also the photos do not match what you get in the mail.

I ordered a poster a month ago, it has still not arrived. I am seriously disappointed.

Item was well packaged. It was unfortunately damaged during postage but a quick replacement was sent without any issues. 👍🏻

Very disappointed and upset with the quality and time to deliver. I waited a whole month for my two posters and when I got them I realised it’s just two simple plain printed posters. I could’ve done this myself.

Pretty good. Took a long time to arrive though and was smaller than I expected

Absolutely amazing quality and especially mine which was a custom order, that would have taken time for these guys to do and they perfected it top tier quality.

I received this as a gift. There were no instructions or a photo for reference. I had no idea what it was, nor how to assemble it.

THIS REVIEW WAS A BAD MISTAKE ON MY PART. I APOLOGISE PROFUSELY TO RSDESIGNSTUDIO.
THE REVIEW IS FOR YUKON DESIGN STUDIO. Ordered the Humans in Love wooden figures. They do say unfinished on their website, but they also say made by craftsmen. The item doesn't look like. Its just untreated pieces of wood. Really awful and certainly not worth the money. The packaging they arrived in was also inadequate. All in all my experience with the company has been stressful. I have lost count how many times I've emailed customer service over the last month, I've had 1 reply that solved nothing. So if I could give a 00rating I would.

My order arrived on time. The customer service was really helpful when I asked to change one of my posters. Really good quality. Would definitely order from them again👍
