Great punctual and reliable service
Great punctual and reliable service, Boiler serviced and diverter valve replaced, still had a little issue came back the following day and replaced another part no trouble at all.

I contacted your company regarding an…
I contacted your company regarding an issue with my gas fire and was given a price for a call-out, which I agreed to. After that, I received no response and was left waiting with no update. I followed up again a few days later and still heard nothing.
This was really disappointing, as a simple message to let me know you were unable to attend would have been appreciated. Being ignored after agreeing to the call-out cost felt unprofessional and left a poor impression.
I hope you can improve communication going forward, as even a brief update would make a big difference for customers

Your initial message came through on a Sunday evening, outside of normal working hours. Due to a technical issue at the time, messages were not correctly linked together, and as a result no job was booked or agreed.
I appreciate that from your side it may have appeared that you were waiting for a response, however without a confirmed booking we had no job scheduled.
We take communication seriously and continue to provide the reliable service reflected in the majority of our customer reviews.

From start to finish from a call Sunday boiler removal and new one fitted Tuesday within 3 days i cannot recommend this company enough excellent workmanship genuine lovely people ty so much would definitely use the company again and not overpriced excellent again
