Great that you can now request withdrawals from your pension via the RL App. Convenient.

I phoned up with a query about my pension and changes I wanted to make .
That’s when I met Jack McDermott Customer Services.
Jack was so friendly,professional,human and with a great personality.
Jack put me at ease straight away- I’d filled my pension release fund incorrectly.I explained to Jack my actual intent and Jack resolved it for me straight away after a short conversation.
I had some further questions and Jack explained how the pension worked and options I could consider- that was really important to me and extremely helpful.
Jack also filled me with confidence as I knew he was right across his portfolio and job.
People like Jack are why I’m so happy with Royal London and being able to chat with someone knowledgeable like Jack is invaluable.
I have had financial advice for my pension but Jacks extra knowledge and professional ways of explaining my pension really helped.Jack didn’t give me financial advice just explained my pension and options really well.
The 15 minutes with Jack resolving my pension income release was so helpful.
