Constantly chase delivery
We had a machine down, yet constantly had to chase delivery of a part, being given false information twice and with phone calls not being returned.
Still being told over a week later Rowse were awaiting delivery from their supplier, yet when we spoke to (their supplier) directly they said had a number in stock and also offered next day delivery. When they interrogated their system they confirmed our/Rowse delivery was only scheduled to leave that day, which leads us to believe it had obviously been placed considerably later than when we had ordered it.
In reality we could have ordered directly off them, got better service and received it over a week earlier.
We may have fallen fowl but all in all experienced poor service and even worse communication.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused by the delay and the communication issues surrounding this order. We fully appreciate how disruptive this was, particularly with your machine being down, and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
To clarify the timeline: the part was ordered from Camozzi on the same day that you placed the order with us. Unfortunately, despite this, the item was not included on the expected shipment from Camozzi and was instead dispatched directly to us at a later date. This delay was outside of our direct control. As soon as we received the part, it was sent out to you immediately.
That said, we recognise that this does not change your experience, and we accept that our communication during this period did not meet the standard you rightly expect. For that, we apologise unreservedly. I have also been in contact with the sales team, who advised that they remained in contact with you throughout this period, but we acknowledge that the information provided was clearly not sufficient or accurate enough.
We truly regret that this situation led you to feel that ordering directly would have resulted in a better outcome. This is not the experience we aim to deliver, and your feedback has been taken on board so we can prevent this from happening again.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the late delivery and the inconvenience caused. If there is anything further we can do to support you, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Good Morning Dawn,
Thank you for your feedback. We received your order at 4:58 pm on 10th December. The following day, we contacted you to advise that the item was unfortunately out of stock and that the current lead time was approximately five weeks. This can occasionally happen during this time of year.
One of our colleagues then emailed to ask how you would like to proceed, and upon your request, we arranged for the order to be cancelled and fully refunded. We have since confirmed with our accounts team that the refund has been processed.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We always do our best to accommodate customers with lead times; however, unfortunately, this is sometimes beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Great quick service.
Found what I needed quickly, and received promptly.
The pictures did show the air valve including coil. I didn't see it mentioned that they weren't included. Although I may have missed this.

I’m really sorry for the confusion here. Our product images are supplied by the manufacturer and, on occasion, they show accessories (like the coil) that aren’t included with the valve as standard.
