Rowan Rose won my claim for mis-sold solar panels. I wasn't going to bother about the letter that was posted to me but I came across it when I was sorting out some paperwork and thought I'd give it a go as I had nothing to lose. I'm glad I did. The remainder of the loan was written off, I keep the solar panels and still get my feed-in tariff. I also ended up with a lump sum of over £1400. What a fantastic result! Rowan Rose kept me in the loop at all times. I highly recommend them.

Rowanrose were really helpful and patient while dealing with my claim. They always keep you up to date of where they are at with your claim. I would recommend them to solve your PPI problems.

Was complex situation as we had to go back and forward to Finance company as they were being awkward to pay out costs. Was fortunate that the company that supplied new inverters were very helpful in sorting that. There were quite a few people at Rowan Rose - whether it would have been better if there was only one person involved in the case.

They did a great job with a claim when I wasn’t expecting too much. I did have to prompt a little but a response always came back quickly.

At several points throughout the long process I got very stressed by the many letters and things to sign. However, once I explained this to James, he adjusted the communications to better suit me and took a very supportive approach.

My disappointment with the process was that my particular claim was very much delayed by a very unreasonable time delay before being finalised .
It was not dealt with very satisfactorily by Rowan Rose.
No communication offered as to why the delay had to be taking place
