The product is great however the customer service and system is not twice I have been double charged. This time I emailed several times asking them to stop the second attempt with assurance it would not go through. Then it did anyway. If the product wasn't working so well for my husband I would not deal with them at all.

As for the product “Morning Kick” I think it is a great product that I have used over years, and in the past Roundhouse has had great customer service. However this last order of Morning Kick came through a different shipping company (uniuni) this company is not providing professional service and has misdirected some products from other vendors to addressed as much as ½ mile from us, and would not provide customer service to rectify their mistake.. hopefully Roundhouse will consider their own reputation harm when using substandard shipping companies.

Finally, I have finally found a way to wake up with out confusion and getting a good boost to begin my day.

I have used “Morn Kick” before. I like the gentle pick me up. However, the flavor does not seem to be as intense or flavorful as in the past. So I add a flavored syrup. I bought it this time to replace some of my supplements ie. collagen, caffeine and probiotics. I will continue for 3 months and see if I made the right choice.

Great company to deal with...they always respond quickly if you have questions, with actual answers, not the usual robots type form letter. Tastes pretty good for greens, does provide a bit of an energy boost. A bit pricey for us Canadians who pay exchange, but that isn't somthing the company can help.

I love the true product. It works well and tastes great. It mixes well with other items when needed and I can feel the difference when I use the product verse when I do not. However, the copy products that use the "same" logo and product is very frustrating. I understand the true company has no control over false copycats.
