This is a fraud website. I have ordered cake and they dint deliver. Sent some fraud emails. and given a code which can be used for my future purchase as they could not able to deliver the cake before. I tried using it but it says coupan already used. Such a fraud website it is. Playing and spoiling with customer's occassions and feelings, money mainly. Please I advise not to order from this website.

Fraud, cheater, Worst service. No one picks up the calls and they loot your money

Below is the complete story about this online fraud. The first is I placed the order on April 1 2020. At the time of pandemic they said they will deliver the cake, so I ordered cake & below red color teddy for my daughter birthday which was on April 3, but they cancelled the order & gave the coupon for 1648. Today I thought of buying the cake & teddy for my daughter, but the customer support was so rude, they said they will deliver cream color teddy only, i said I want the red one, now i got delivered the below cream color teddy can u see the difference, I paid total 1649 for half kg cake & the red teddy. The worst ever customer service, though they operate from Delhi - Capital of India but they are biggest fraud people who loots money. It is biggest lesson not to trust any of these online portals who operate from Delhi, kolkata, bengal.

FRAUD COMPANY . BEWARE OF THEM !!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! Charged delivery charges of 250 and cake was not delivered at all. In Fact asked the receiver to pick it from there location. and then start ignoring the calls to customer support and no response to emails as well.

worst infact i would say they are fraud just earning money and fooling people. neither they pick call nor reply your msges... after confirming on online chat i placed order and i told them that its was my parents day they confirm that they will deliver but they didnt neither they msg regarding any refund.
spoiled my moment. PLEASE GUYS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE seriousy its a fraud just to earn or you can say stole money from you. i dont know how this website is working it should be banned. WORST AND FRAUD

beware of hidden charges, read policies carefully
I asked their customer support before placing an order, what will be the delivery charge since my home is in a remote place. She/He said 250, and once my order is placed they called me asking another 250 since my area is 'remote'. They have no 'refund' options either. Great!! If you are going to order from their site, please make sure you read all the policies on their site for any hidden charges
