Hi Pamela,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when the wins or bonus features don’t come your way, and we appreciate you being honest about your experience at Rose Casino.
All games at Rose Casino operate with fully random outcomes, and while some sessions can be unlucky, this isn’t something the casino can influence. We’re always happy to help explain game volatility, RTP, or promotions if that would be useful.
If you’d like to discuss anything further or need support, please feel free to contact us at support@rosecasino.com.
Kind regards

Not the best site at all
Not the best site at all. Another sister site of ivy casino. Same shite different site. Poor returns. Stick with the reputable ones. If you have to set up numerous sister sites then there's a bit of a problem. All decent ones have 1 site. Not like these Diddy ones who have to set up several to encourage you to take bonuses you don't win from. Won't be back. Ever.

Hi David Forrester,
Thank you for your feedback. Rose Casino and Ivy Casino do operate under the same UK Gambling Commission licence, which is fully permitted and regulated. This does not affect game fairness, payouts, or player treatment, as all games are independently tested and outcomes are entirely random.
We’re sorry that Rose Casino did not meet your expectations. If you would like us to review any specific concerns, please contact us at support@rosecasino.com.
Kind regards

This was a new casino site for me and I can see from the reviews that others had the same problem I had, I deposited £10 twice straight away when joined and the bonus was you get 100 percent bonus of what you pay in the first time you deposit, I didn’t receive anything so I got in touch with them and was told it had to be £20 and not £10 x2
I was very disappointed and I asked them if they could help me in any way
The answer was no because I didn’t deposit £20 first.i play other casino sites too and have never come across this problem and they have always been fair and understand it was a genuine mistake
I think they could have done something about the deposit and been a lot more understanding
I lost the £20 but I am still so upset with this site that they couldn’t do anything more for me

Hi Dring,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you feel about your first experience with Rose Casino, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been.
To clarify, the welcome offer applies to the very first single deposit made after registration, which is outlined in the promotion terms. When a first deposit is split into multiple transactions, the system is unfortunately unable to apply the bonus automatically. We appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time, particularly if you have had different experiences elsewhere.
While we must apply promotional terms consistently for all players, we do take feedback like this seriously and regularly review how our offers are presented to ensure they are as clear as possible.
If you would like us to review your account or discuss this further, please feel free to contact our support team directly at support@rosecasino.com and we will be happy to assist.
Thank you again for your feedback.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that you find Rose Casino to be a good site and that you have experienced fast payouts. We really appreciate that positive feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you feel you need to play a lot before seeing a win. All games at Rose Casino are provided by licensed suppliers and use independently tested random number generators, meaning every spin is completely random and cannot be influenced by the casino. We understand that gameplay can sometimes feel up and down, but this is a natural part of how online casino games work.
If you would like us to look into anything on your account or if you have any questions about game volatility or RTP, our support team will be happy to help. You can reach us at support@rosecasino.com.
Thank you again for your feedback.

Games seem to run ok.
Games seem to run ok.. had no worthwhile wins but that’s all part of it.
My issue is with the wording of the 100% deposit match for new customers. Because it’s not a deposit match. A deposit match is depositing £20 and receiving £20 in bonus funds.
But here to qualify for this welcome offer. You have to deposit £20.. then you need to be lucky enough to win £600 with that deposit. Then stupid enough to gamble that £600 again just to qualify and receive your £20 deposit match 🤣.
99% of customers will not qualify for the welcome offer.
It’s just another way of rewarding people who are winning and still have money to gamble to keep them on the site. And the ones who lose their money get nothing, which will happen to 99% of people because if they all won £600 from £20 this company would be bust.
Now it is mentioned in the small print so I guess legally they are covered.. but that doesn’t change the fact it’s misleading, to emulate the true sites that actually offer real deposit bonus without a further £600 stake required.
It’s basically spend £600 receive £20..,the deposit is irrelevant because you can’t spend £600 without depositing.
So for that reason they lose trust and it’s 1 star.

Hi Paddy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that the games at Rose Casino are running smoothly for you, but we are sorry that you feel disappointed with our welcome offer.
To clarify, our promotions – including the welcome offer – follow strict UK Gambling Commission rules and must clearly display all qualification requirements. These requirements are always listed in the promotional terms so that customers can review them before participating. We appreciate that offers vary across the industry, and some players may prefer traditional deposit-match bonuses, while others prefer reward-based offers or achievements. However, the structure of our promotions does not alter game outcomes, does not disadvantage losing players, and is not designed to mislead.
That said, we take all concerns seriously, and your comments have been passed to the relevant team to ensure our promotional descriptions remain as clear and transparent as possible.
As we cannot confirm whether you are an existing customer from this review alone, we would be happy to discuss your experience further and clarify any specific points about the promotion if you wish. Please feel free to contact us at support@rosecasino.com and our support team will gladly assist.
Thank you again for your feedback.

Great casino, if you win big then withdrawals do take longer but worth the wait
The choice of games is excellent, I disagree with reviews of not getting bonuses ( or I just got lucky). I'm currently on my 5th working day of waiting for a £5500 payout from £1800 in deposits. I'm only giving 2 stars for now but this will shoot to 5 stars if I receive my money in the time frame ( 7 working days ) given. I'll update at the end of the week. Update....withdrawal failed and money back in account, documentation now needed which has now been sent. Another £2600 won so now awaiting just over £8000 in winnings. I'm guessing I'll update again next week!!!! All winnings received. Upgraded to 5 star

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your recent gameplay experience, and we understand how frustrating it can feel when luck simply isn’t on your side.
We would like to clarify that all games available at Rose Casino are supplied by fully licensed and independently tested providers, and outcomes – including wins, losses and bonus triggers – are completely random. As a UK Gambling Commission regulated casino, Rose Casino has no ability to influence or control the results of spins or the frequency of bonus features, and we do not alter or adjust gameplay for any individual player. We fully acknowledge that losing sessions can happen, especially on higher-volatility games, but this does not reflect any manipulation or wrongdoing.
As we cannot confirm from this review whether you are an existing customer, we would welcome the opportunity to look into your experience further if you would like to contact us directly. Our support team can review your gameplay history, explain volatility and return-to-player (RTP) information, and provide guidance on tools to help manage your play if needed.
Please feel free to reach out to us at support@rosecasino.com and we will be happy to assist.
Thank you again for your feedback.
