I've been a subscriber for years

I've been a subscriber for years! They always send an interesting variety of wines, that spur celebrating more special occasions, because what else are you going to do with great bottles of wine?

Roscioli shipping error with no effort to correct

Roscioli left off crucial part of shipping address on our gift. I was left to resolve and pay additional shipping to UPS. The gift was late and the recipient had to put in effort to retrieve package. Rosciloi admitted error without crediting any part of order or shipping.

we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. As mentioned in our email exchange, the issue was entirely our responsibility and was caused by an error during the creation of the UPS shipping label.

To make up for this, we are happy to fully refund the additional cost you paid for redirecting the box to the UPS store. We have also shared a 15% discount to your next order as a gesture of apology.

Excellence with diversity

An excellent wine club with a diverse range of wines delivered, in my case, twice a year. Excellent notes and videos behind every bottle, and friendly customer service behind the scenes.

Excellent Wines!

Wow! These wines are amazing! The information about each wine in the website is so helpful in choosing the right wine for the occasion. Shipping was fast and everything was excellent. The sample of EVOO in the package was an extra bonus.

High wine quality and quick delivery to…

We are happy to report our wine delivery was of high quality and the delivery was very quick. We know Roscioli to be a high quality business having experienced their salumeria in Rome several times! Not surprised that the wine we ordered was excellent!

Fun and trusworthy

I have been a member of the club since 2019. The club has always delivered as promised, always on time and no hazzle. Different wines, different grapes, different areas and different methods! And the QR codes on each bottle leading directly to the history of the wine is genious! Highly reccomended!

We loved the Club!

We loved the Club. Our subscription started as a gift from my parents and finished only because we just couldn't drink all of the wine! I hope we will be back again soon. Canceling was easy and customer service great. We are still looking forward to going back for their wonderful dinners...

Excellent at all levels

Excellent at all levels. The wine is superb and the customer service is amazing. I recently had to cancel, but will be back again as soon as possible. Thank you roscioli wine club for an incredible experience. There hasn’t been one bottle that has disappointed me and I’m a tough one to please when it comes to wine. Thanks again 🙏🏼 🍷
