They never answer the phone! I tried to cancel my order, but I couldn't reach anyone.
I ordered 50 long-stem red roses for my boyfriend's birthday. After reading customer reviews, I noticed that many people have complained about receiving fake, damaged, or heavily sprayed flowers. How disappointing!
This order is for a very special occasion. If my boyfriend receives fake, damaged, or poor-quality flowers, I will be extremely upset and disappointed. I hope my order arrives exactly as advertised and in excellent condition.

I purchased the Strawberry Swirl roses. I bought the grand size. They are as beautiful as they look in the pictures. I even shared with an elderly friend. She loved them. It was hard to share because they are so beautiful. Beauty deserves to be shared. Every woman deserves beautiful flowers. Thank you Rosaholics

The ease of ordering, the quality of the product and delivery is very quick. If you have any concerns, your emails are answered in a sufficient amount of time. Roseaholics provides outstanding customer service.

great email service

This product and customer service are terrible. The flowers started wilting right away after I watered them. I tried to get a refund after buying the insurance, but they wouldn’t give me one. Instead, they offered a partial refund or a replacement of the same crappy flowers. And to make matters worse, you can’t talk to anyone. You have to email them, even though they have a contact phone number listed on their website. I’m really disappointed with the customer service. It was especially frustrating because I had just had major surgery and was already dealing with a lot of stress. I’m giving them a negative star..

What made my experience absilutly amazing was the simplicity of the app, but also the mass variety of roses and colors to choose from.

Flowers are top notch. Looks amazing, smells amazing. Service is great! She always loves them

BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased the "Exotic Long Stem Dolce Amore" 24 stems and the following is what I got:

1) these are not natural flowers as presented on their website. The outer petals are very poorly spray painted, giving them a chintzy (at best) look. (I wish I could post photos so readers of this review could see this for themselves) But even worse...

2) the majority of the flowers are just plain dead. As in flipping over, wilted, dead. (Again, I WISH I could post photos!!)

When I emailed them regarding this, the response was so condescending it was hard for me to believe - they actually suggested I rip off the outer petals and place them in water, claiming they'd unfold in 24-48 hours. However, this made ZERO sense in light of the following (I'm just copy and pasting what I responded to them):

A) we received the roses yesterday and did everything we could to resuscitate them. The pictures are from TODAY - and they've only gotten worse. I am not young, and have handled flowers for many years. I know the difference between fresh flowers and dead, and these are dead (and already in the garbage). That is easily seen in the pics I sent you (and which I will post with my reviews/complaints).

B) you don't address the misrepresentation I mentioned. You are selling - and I purchased - these roses as natural, two-color roses. The outer petals are SPRAY PAINTED, and look extremely cheap and artificial.

C) you tell me to strip off the outer petals - but then what do I have left? White roses??? That's NOT what I purchased!

D) I purchased the BloomGuard insurance on these flowers. I would like to make a claim and get a full refund immediately. This is the only satisfactory outcome for me.

In short, Rosaholics has my money and I have fake, dead garbage. My recommendation: run!!!

The roses were arrived on time (early in fact) and looked just as great in person as in the picture. My girlfriend absolutely loved them. She's still enjoying them now, almost two weeks later.

Always get really nice roses

I bought my mom some roses from Rosaholics for mother's day and she absolutely adored them. If you are looking for something unique and beautiful Rosaholics is your go to!

I've always gone with Rosaholics because of their colorful selection, quality of roses and ultimately their wonderful service. Any time I have gifted a loved one, my mother or significant other. They have always rsved about how beautiful the flowers were and how specail they made them feel. With Rosaholics your in good hands at a reasonable price.

Best looking Roses by far. Roses bloom gracefully and last longer. Also look beautiful and smell amazing. Recommend the 3 month subscription for your significant other. My wife loves the attention she gets when they get delivered and she displays them at her place of employment. Highly recommended.

The product is what sold me every time. Roses are remarkable and when I did have an issue, customer service took care of it. If I could give 7 stars, IT WOULD BE A GALAXY.

The flowers came in 4 big bunches. My day 2 the flowers looked almost full bloom. Best bouquet of flowers Everytime. Thank u Roseaholics . Delivery was on the morning of the day I requested. Perfection

My wife absolutely loves the roses I get from here. They’re always delivered quick and look fresh. I’ve gotten a few different bouquets and each have been beautiful. I can’t get roses as unique as these at our local florists, so she always loves to show them off, and I always get the credit 😂

The flowers were supposed to deliver on Saturday and instead they came three days earlier on Thursday. Also, the description of the flowers did not really match what was received, didnt expect them to be spray painted and with glitter on them

Arrived a day early so I was skeptical of what they would look like. I did the bundle of 3 with blue,yellow and purple. It was my sister's funeral and she would have loved them. They were beautiful perfect roses! The only negative thing is there's no smell

The ordering process was easy, they delivered on the date if not before. The flowers were beautiful.
