I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately they were pretty disappointing. The roses arrived smashed and misshapen, and they looked nothing like the beautiful presentation shown in the photos. Several of them were just sad-looking right out of the box and needed a lot of arranging just to look somewhat presentable.
For the price, I expected much better packaging and overall quality. They’re a cute idea, but based on what I received, definitely not worth the price.

Working with this company has been so…disappointing.
Working with this company has been so disappointing. I ordered it to arrive two days earlier than needed so I was sure to get it in time (it was for a party). I even emailed them to confirm it would arrive in time. It arrived after the party. When I reached out to the customer service, they didn't help. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. And via email they just ghosted me. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of my time and money. Not to mention the stress and inconvenience. There are so many flower companies out there, and I will definitely not be using this company again. It isn't that the flowers were delayed (these things do happen), it was they way they handled the customer service when something did go wrong.

Terrible customer service
I was sent the Mamba roses and they were horrible. First there was 2 day shipping but they arrived after 6 days. FedEx stated they had the wrong address and they clearly had the right address. We called the company so they could verify the address with FedEx and they could re-attempt the delivery, the company refused. Somehow this was our fault and the company refused to help us. After receiving the roses, they were dying and falling apart. Terrible quality roses that were dyed to be “black.” Men please do not ever order from this company. Horrible all the way around.

These roses are beautiful!! I ordered them pretty last minute for a welcome party and wedding reception. They arrived the morning of the welcome party fairly closed but by the evening they had started to open beautifully. By the wedding day they were fully open and gorgeous!! Highly recommend!! Delivery and quality were top notch!!

I continue to have issues with proper delivery date. I'm given a date & it always comes a day later as well as FedEx stating improper delivery address given to them by your company. Due to this my flowers 💐 ending up being 3 days late & weren't in the best shape upon arrival. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue with your company. Highly disappointed.

Shipping delay
This was my second time ordering from Rosaholics. First time, shipment was fast, roses amazing, fresh and beautiful! So I placed another order, "just because" on 30 June. I didn't get them until 7 July. They were a bit worse off than I expected but my wife had pruned and vased them before I got home. Delivery was FEDEX so I don't understand the delay. Disappointed from that aspect. I'll try another time, apart from a holiday.
