I love the product
I love the product. The only thing I experienced was a delay in my order. It was 10 days and I hadn’t received my order so I emailed you all and I found out that it had not been shipped yet. Other than that I love the product very well thank you. But I wonder had not sent the email when I have received my order.

Damaged package
I absolutely love your product. I gave 4 stars only because, one of the five bottles I recently ordered arrived broken. I'm not sure this was due to packaging or shipping, but I was very disappointed. I paid for the 5 bottle bundle, yet only four arrived with damage.

There was a minor delay but when I reached out the response time was immediate. The product is always top notch. I use this product for my dreads, nothing else.
