Excellent Customer Service
Great service the minute you walk through the door. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and she did an awesome job walking my partner and I through the availability of storage units, to walking us through the storage units and providing a very detailed run down from start to finish.
Love the updated technology and being able to access your storage unit at your fingertips, by using your mobile phone, to access their user-friendly app.

From the first enquiry to the exit date the service was fantastic, it was just so easy. The systems are amazing which leaves you feeling very secure, I am definitely challenged when it comes to technology but I felt very confident after the lovely lady on the desk explaining everything and walking us through the system. If I have storage needs in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your help

Friendly, helpful staff.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and guided me through the whole experience. They offered me a great space where I can drive right up so this makes loading and unloading super easy. I also love the technology which worked perfectly.

The whole process was super easy! Denise was fantastic taking us on a tour of the facility, she explained everything. The sign up process was so fast and easy. The facility is clean and so easy to access

Very happy with the help from Scott and Denise. We were going to store with others but when we saw the quality of Roomia, the excellent access technology and the free van for a day - there was no contest.
