Hello Redfern,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we do appreciate it and we are so sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused you.
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that registering on the website, posting your ad and viewing all the listings/matches available is completely FREE. In addition, contact is not only restricted to the Premium Members, as a Basic Member you can send interest messages to all users on the site and the Premium Members are completely free to get in touch with too.
We are also very sorry to hear that you’ve had no messages regarding your property, kindly note that you may have to wait to hear back from the tenants you are interested in, as not all the users log in to their account on a daily basis. If you have not received a reply, it could mean that the user is yet to read your message, or your room doesn't match what they are looking for.
We would be more than glad to assist you further with your search! Please feel free to get in touch with our Customer Services Team by email at team@roomgo.co.uk.
Best regards,
