Roof2Room Anmeldelser

From initial quote to end of the job this company were top notch. We couldn’t fault one aspect of the job. They were replacing a previously fitted roof. The lads on the job were professional, clean, and let us know every aspect of what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Could not have been better, right from coming to look at the conservatory to giving a price to finishing the roof.
The team doing the work where excellent from start to finish and really know there job keeping everthing tidy and clean a pleasure to have working for us
The conservatory now looks like a new room and we would recommend Roof2Room to everyone thinking of changing there conservatory roof to a slated one thanks again to Neil/Andy and team.

Rooftop room was recommended to me for a loft conversion. Their customer service was excellent. They built two bedrooms which are very spacious and one bathroom. To be honest, when I first saw the bathroom, I wasn’t pleased. I thought it was going to be smaller than the one I had, and I did not want that, but the size was perfect. I love all three rooms! Gary, the designer, the builders (Jaden and Mitch), the carpenter (Lance), and the tiler did a fantastic job!
I had a skylight fitted, which I love, but it did not look professionally done. Although they attempted to rectify the problem, it’s still not perfect.
The rooftop dealt with minor problems quickly, but they took longer than I expected to complete the job and remove the scaffolding and rubbish from my property.

I would recommend Rooftop Room.

What can I say totally professional from start to finish. Neil came around discussed with us in detail what we wanted, he took his time measured up and factoring in our wants & needs gave us the quotation and confirmed this by email when he got back to the office. A couple of weeks before the start date Andy came around to do a survey and take final measurements so as to make our bespoke roof. A fitting date was confirmed and the team consisting of Carl and his brother in law and also another Carl (the plasterer) came on site to do their magic. They were all very polite & courteous, they did not rush the job and took their time and cleared up as they went along. The finish is outstanding from the roof itself to the facias and guttering to the most sensational plastering I have ever seen. We had an old poly-carbonate roof which could not be used in Winter now we have a room we can use and further more Neil was so confident that it would be warm that he said it would be fine for us to remove our old sliding patio doors (so we did) which has made our space very airy and open plan just what we were after. We were so very pleased with the professional approach and high quality of the materials used and the superb finish that we quickly put another order in for a rental property that we also own and had the old poly-carbonate roof removed and a new Roof2Room put on. Needless to say our tenants are highly delighted and so are we too as it was done in the highest standard just like ours was.
If you want your conservatory roof replacing you cannot go wrong with Roof2Room, well done Roof2Room and to your hard working lads.

Roof2Room
Well what can I say?
An Experienced TOP CLASS Company from start to finish.
Neil called to see us to Quote for the work on 25th October 2023, which we were happy with and told them to go ahead.
Andy called in early December to measure up for the Build. The deposit was paid and Manufacture began.
Installation was to begin on Tuesday 9th January 2024. Three installers arrived and removed the Plastic Roof. They then started to install their roof so as to give the room protection.
Overall, the Installation took 9 working days.
That's Building, Plastering, Electrician etc.
The Conservatory is now a lot warmer than the previous one.
During the work the temperature 'Outside' was Freezing. How they worked in those conditions is beyond me. They were real professionals.

Excellent craftsmanship, efficient and friendly service. Always eager to deliver a professional and competent build. Well done lads and many, many thanks.

A professional and efficient service from start to finish.
The work was carried out quickly with no delays or false promises, by a helpful and friendly team. I am delighted with the end results and impressed with the speed with which it was carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roof2Room to anybody.

Roof2Room recently replaced our glass conservatory roof with a tile roof. It has complete transformed our conservatory and it now looks amazing. Neil and Andy and all the team at Roof2Room were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and the team who did the work for us were very professional. We cannot praise Roof2Room enough and can certainly recommend them.

The service from the initial quote to finished job was great.
There was no pressure to sign-up but am so glad that I did.
I couldn't be more happy with the final result.
All the people involved; the lads doing the roof, the plasterer & electrician were all very friendly
They cleaned up afterwards and I'm now left with a room I'll be able to use all year instead of just for six months.
I would highly recommend this company.

Seems a good roof. Only problem is the management don’t seem to be aware of the legal side of having this conversion done. They also offered the wrong electrical advice on the number of lights & switch. They then charged us for the extra work to resolve the problem & threatened legal action if we refused to pay. That’s on top of flooding our wooden floor twice, with rain when they took the old roof off & bursting a central heating pipe when fitting the new skirting board’s they ruined. Be warned! The lads on the A team worked hard, it’s a management attitude problem.

Our 20+ years old, totally unusable, lean-to conservatory was remodelled by Roof2Room in October 2021. The team built an Edwardian style vaulted roof with a Velux rooflight and replaced the windows and doors on the same footprint. They have transformed our living space; the conservatory is now a welcoming room that we love to spend time in. We are extremely happy with every aspect of Roof2Room's fantastic work.

The team did a great job adding a roof to my conservatory. I'd fully recommend the team, they did a great job. I work from home and it was not bother to have them working on site for the week.
The roof itself is excellent. I have a conservatory that I can use all year round.

Excellent service I would recommend this local firm.

Excellent service. The conservatory roof is especially designed to fit your conservatory and has several layers of insulation. The fitting team really got on with the job and the result is very satisfactory. We are looking forward to using our new room once the decorating is completed.

We are so pleased with our new conservatory roof. It looks fantastic and has really changed our conservatory into a much more usable room.
From start to finish the team were very professional and knowledgable, advising the different options available. Carl and the team also went to extra lengths to carry out the work as the only access to our back garden was over our side extension roof!
All work was carried out to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy, can definitely recommend Roof2Room.

We have just had a new roof on our conservatory. We are 100% satisfied and would highly recommend roof 2 room. They came when they said they would, did exactly what they did they would, and finished when they said they would. The construction team were like no other, hard working, extremely curtious, very professional, gave sound advice and left the job every day spotlessly clean and tidy. The Roof is everything they promised and more. Highly recommend this reliable and sincere business.
