I bought ronin r8 and it randomly started malfunctioning. After that I contacted customer support and sent my product back. They said the issue was due to water damage but there was no contact with water the watch lasted only around 6 months and every since I bought the watch it had issues. First issue there was issue with software and then the lcd for which they put the blame on me that it was not working due to water damage. Terrible product. Before this I got ronin r2 which lasted a week only and then I returned it from shop I bought it from. Not recommended at all, customer support only has excuses

Very Disappointing Experience with Ronin
I had a really bad experience with Ronin’s service. I ordered a Ronin R-5 handfree on 07-02-2026, and it was supposed to be delivered by 09-02-2026. However, when I tracked my order, the status showed “Delivery Attempt Failed”, which is completely unacceptable.
No rider ever contacted me, and I did not receive any call or message regarding the delivery. This clearly shows poor delivery management. After that, I contacted Ronin’s helpline, hoping for proper support, but unfortunately, their response was very disappointing. They failed to provide any clear or reasonable explanation and simply blamed their third-class courier company.
Ronin spends a lot of money on advertising, but if they invested even a small portion of that budget into customer support and delivery management, situations like this would not happen. Using an unreliable courier service and then not taking responsibility is extremely unprofessional.
There is no proper customer support, no accountability, and no concern for the customer’s time. I expected much better service from a brand like Ronin, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I would not recommend Ronin to anyone unless they seriously improve their delivery system and customer support.

I bought ronin eminence ear buds. Worst experience. ANC is like shit. Dual connectivity is shit. Don't work fine at all. Once its turned off i n case of no use, there is no way to turn it on without putting in case. Need to wait for 5 seconds for connection. I’ve been trying to reach your support team since 7th August 2025 but got no response on email, WhatsApp, or phone. You advertise a 5% extra discount on advance online payment and an additional 10% discount on same-day purchase, but neither was applied — I was charged the full amount.
If this is the service for a simple billing issue, I can’t imagine how warranty or real support cases will be handled. Very disappointing experience from a company claiming to be #1.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with RONiN. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, especially since they are located in the same city. However, it has been over 10 days without any updates on my order status.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of communication from their team. I reached out via email to express my concerns, but I received no response, which shows a concerning level of interest in customer service.
In comparison, competitors like ZERO and SEVENTON manage to deliver their products within 48 hours, making RONiN's performance even more disappointing.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an tech Company, and I will be reconsidering my recommendations to friends and family based on this experience.
