So, I ordered a rotisserie. Never recieved a confirmation. Phones 2 weeks later and was told "our server has been down for several weeks, probably will be down for several more"

ZERO Service
The absolute worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. Order has been “processing” for exactly one month. ZERO communication. ZERO responses to my correspondence. If I could give it his experience ZERO stars I would have.

I tried to order a dehydrator tray through the website twice. Neither time did I receive the item. An entire month later my order is still “processing.” I tried both emailing and calling customer service and both times got no response.

Over a month later and still unable to process my order. Why buy from Ronco if you can't even process an order? Never mind not being able to make purchase over the phone. Next time. I buy a didifferent brand. Waiting months for items terrible service.

Well no one simple answers to the request... My machine broke and I have to idea how to repair it... The warranty is so well crafted in your disadvantage to the point you begin to wonder whether it is intentional, forcing you to just give up..
Horrible customer service.
I called to check on my order and the person said”yeah our system is not working so I would just cancel your order and get it somewhere else”. And when I asked him if this means I would not be charged he said I’m sure it will be cancelled. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to order from them.

I have placed two orders for a Red 5250 Series EZ-Store Rotisserie, the most recent on Feb. 22, 2018. I have tried to check delivery of same and found that there is no record of this order, in spite of this form for my evaluation. What is going on with your company? I have one of the first Ronco rotisseries that is now almost defunct and need a new one pronto. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service on your part. If you can't deliver, why do you allow the placement of new orders??? This has been the worst experience I have had with online shopping. Your personnel have been very pleasant but they can't deliver the goods! HELP!

I ordered my product 14 days before I had a planned dinner party. I knew I had enough time for my product to arrive. I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. 9 days later I went to my email to see if my product was shipped and where it was only to find the company silently refunded my money. I called customer service and was told they are having an internal server issue and all orders within last few weeks were canceled by they system. No one from the company reached out to me via phone or email to explain the issues. I replaced my order same day since my first one was canceled. I received another confirmation number. 3 days later, still no shipping confirmation. I called customer service again and this time was told they actually aren’t taking any orders and system is still down. Dinner party came and went ... had to change menu last minute as the product I needed didn’t arrive.

When I called Ronco and wondered why I got no confirmation, the woman stated their "system" wasn't working. Hey, use a damn pencil. She said it could take a couple of weeks to get it going. Huh? Then why not use a pencil? I looked up this site, and saw that MANY people were in the same boat as I was! There's something wrong here! You don't take confidential information (credit card) and tell customers your system is down and you don't know how long it will take to fill the order. I couldn't get an answer when I asked, "So when do you expect the order to be filled?" She said she didn't know...told me to give her my name and phone number. Huh? There is something DEFINITELY WRONG when a customer now has to worry about her credit card information out there and you get a sick feeling in your stomach. Others have written...IN FEBRUARY! They still don't have their rotisseries. Why isn't the company informing the would be customers on their site BEFORE they get the credit card information! What's with this company? Now I have to wait and see what they do with my credit card information and hope I'm not in a scam....what a way to ruin the Ronco name.

Due to my order still being processed since 2/19/18 and not getting any response from Customer Service on why/when my order will be processed, I guess I don’t have a very good rating to give. Even an email stating why it’s taking so long or how long I can expect for it to even ship would be better than nothing.

I would of loved to have received my rotisserie that I ordered & be able to actually use it & write a wonderful review on it & also share how wonderful the product is with my family but unfortunately this review isn't on the product but on the company itself. I ordered a rotisserie over amonth ago & called to find out what was going on & the lady I spoke to claimed they had a breach of some kind with a third party & needed their website fixed & that anyone who had ordered in a certain time frame didn't actually place an order. I explained to her that I didn't get any emails at all but did get a confirmation number & she said that's cause I don't have an account with them but to void the confirmation number cause it didn't mean anything. So I asked her to cancel my order completely cause I felt very uncomfortable about ordering from a company that uses a third party, messes up on orders, losses customers personal information & she said she would gladly take my information & call me back. Well she lied! I never got a call back & now all of a sudden I'm getting a bunch of emails stating that I have an a new account & that I ordered the product & that the product has been shipped & that I should have received the product & that I should write a review on the product. I went to their website & logged into my account (that the lady claimed I didn't have) & sure enough it shows all my information on there & shows that I purchased the rotisserie & that it's still processing. I honestly don't trust this company or it's employees. I'll be watching my bank very carefully just in case some suspicious activity starts going on due to this company messing up!
Has Ronco gone out of business
when I ordered this product it took my information but didn't receive a confirmation of my order. I call customer care and was informed that their system was down and they hoped to have it up and running in a week and would give me a call when order was reviewed. Upon receiving this review I call customer care again and was informed that I would not be receiving my order because with the system down it didn't take my order. When asked if I could reorder I was told they didn't know when the system would be up and running again. I was assured that my bank account would not be charged for the amount of my order. Has Ronko gone out of business or what.

After waiting over two weeks and…
After waiting over two weeks and hearing nothing from Ronco, I called and was told their entire computer system was down, had been, and no idea of when it would be fixed. That was now three weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. I don't know if my original order went through? Am I going to get the Ronco I ordered? Do I need to order again? No one can tell me anything.
I am extremely disappointed in the service and don't know if I should bother with them. I used my brother's Ronco Rotisserie on Christmas day which prompted my order, but now I don't know what to do.
Never got my item
Never got my item. When Ronco was called I was told their issues with their data system were to be resolved in "a few days". Then, during a second call, it was explained that there is no data system working, at this time, and my order was never, and will never, be received.
