TRYING TIRELESSLY TO SILENCE ME.

I have flagged with Trust Pilot the overuse of them flagging negative comments and filtering their social media pages. As you can see from other reviews this is not the first instance of this happening. STAY WELL AWAY.

My previous review is currently hidden because they are constantly trying to get it removed. Unfortunately for Rollr people are allowed to voice their experiences, whether they like it or not. Trying to control the narrative and being narcissistic won’t work.

I worked with Rollr as an independent videographer in 2025. During the initial project discussions, I was asked to undertake the work without payment before we ultimately agreed a fee and proceeded under an agreement setting out the permitted usage.

I subsequently identified my work being used in ways that I had not agreed to, including paid advertising, retailer usage, and third-party use, and other commercial applications. The earliest such use I identified dates back to December 2025, and further uses have continued to appear as recently as 25 August 2026.

I raised my concerns repeatedly with founder, Milo Pinckney, and asked for the use to cease. Despite this, further uses continue. I ultimately brought legal proceedings against Milo Pinckney personally, and judgment was entered against him on 20 August 2026.

I also attempted to raise the continued advertising use directly with Rollr via Instagram. My comment was removed and my account was subsequently blocked, while the relevant adverts and content remain live.

As an independent creative, I found the experience extremely exploitative. My work represents my time, skill and creative labour, and I believe creatives should be able to expect their work to be respected.

For a brand that places such a strong emphasis on creative product design, I personally found the way my own creative work was treated particularly disappointing and at odds with the creative values the brand presents.

I am sharing my experience so that other creatives can make an informed decision about working with Rollr.

Not only that the product is extremely overpriced and nothing but a greenwashing rip off, its founder Milo Pinckney’s ad was particularly tone-deaf: dismissing ordinary £3 deodorant as “cr*p” that most people can only afford at the store is completely out of touch. Charging a premium for deodorant is one thing; looking down on people who buy affordable alternatives is another.

What’s even more disappointing is how the company handles criticism on Instagram. They deleted negative comments and feedback on instagram and blocked the commenters, rather than having their concerns addressed. If a brand genuinely stands behind its products and claimed sustainability, it should be able to engage with criticism openly.

Love this product. The bottle is a nice weight, and the stone I chose was Aventurine which is a really pretty green. There was a little quiz to help you choose! I've chosen Mandarin, which is Orange, Geranium and Cedarwood. The liquid is cool and not sticky, lasted a few hours and I'll admit I used it often as I liked the smell so much! There is a solid ball shaped lid which I did not expect. Overall a very pleasing product to use, and I'm happy to ditch any others and keep refilling this!

Their customer service is superb. Fast replies from a real person with a personal message. No generic or AI responses. And I love the deodorant.

Obsessed! Love the bottle, the feel of how it rolls on, and the scent (mandarin) is out of this world. I would love it in a moisturiser or healthy perfume - too good.

Amazing product and amazing customer service!
I initially purchased one for myself and my girlfriend loved it so much she bought one too.
On holiday the lid broke, but Rollr were kind enough to offer a lid, their customer service, particularly Christine was amazing.

I had been considering Rollr for a while but wasn't sure if it would actually work, it looked too good to be true.
I've recently taken up a lengthy project in a hot country and my go to stick deodorant just wasn't performing. It was time to order a Rollr, I chose the steel roller and my package arrived promptly. The set up was easy, the glass container looks delightful but most importantly, the product is FANTASTIC and keeps me fresh and dry all day!
Should have made the switch earlier, thank you Rollr...now to order some refills for later.

I originally ordered the wrong stone from Rollr and contacted them to see if I could change the order. I was told this wasn’t possible, which was disappointing but not a huge issue as I planned to return the item and order the correct one instead.

I was then offered a discount if I kept the original deodorant and bought another one. I politely declined as I had no use for two deodorants and didn’t want to create unnecessary waste. I was surprised when I was then told that, as a small company, they don’t accept returns…despite their website clearly stating that returns are accepted and promoting a 30-day “change of mind” policy?

After I pointed this out and explained that I was aware of my consumer rights regarding returns, I was contacted by the founder, who eventually agreed to the return. However, I was told that if I returned the original item, I would no longer be eligible for the discount on another purchase. By that point, I had already decided I wouldn’t be ordering from the company again due to the experience, so this wasn’t an issue for me.

What shocked me most was the apparent attempt to pressure me into keeping a product I didn’t want. For a company that places such a strong emphasis on sustainability, encouraging customers to keep unwanted products rather than honouring a published returns policy seems rather contradictory.

As for the product itself, I didn’t find it particularly special, and the case was much heavier than expected. It would be impractical to take on holiday or carry around regularly.

Overall, disappointing customer service and an experience that did not match the values or policies promoted on the website. I will not be purchasing from Rollr again or recommending it.

Had a problem with the unit and Rollr, promptly offered th replace the unit with no questions asked......can't really expect better than that!

Not at all.
I decided to for Rollr because as well as their bottle looking really good, the smells being really nice (my favourite is the mandarin one), but I recently had a bit of an issue with the cap that holds the ball, after I'd just ordered some refills.
Contacted customer service, they replied quickly, asked for a picture and got me a new part in the post quick-sharp.
So, the fantastic customer service tipped me over the edge and thats the reason you're reading this...thanks Christine

So far so good. Whilst I do sweat, it's specially formulated deodorant and not an antiperspirant. Beautiful dispenser and nice scents. It's not making my work shirts yellow and my shirts aren't smelling of sweat. Have only just started but loving it so far.

LOVED THIS ! i have followed Rollr for a while but finally got around to ordering one; smells delicious, feels like an underarm massage, and was super eas to use.

Real people and a real company. I was called to ask about my experience and I’m so cynical of such calls these days as it’s usually automated or some disinterested party with a script but it was refreshing to speak to a real invested nice person! (Milo) a company with real people behind the customer service is so rare these days that it would trump so many other aspects for me when choosing to use them as I’m so sick of dealing with computers and bad tech. Keep up the human aspect!

This is the best Deodoran ever. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have to put elastic band around the plastic bottles as they slip out of my hands. Rollr deodorant is a game changer the sturdy bottle is easy to hold without the elastic bands. It smells lovely and does a great job keeping me from being smelly I love this product and would recommend to anyone with dexterity problems.

I am totally addicted to my rollr every thing about it, the absolute beautiful Cristal that glides on the deodorant so softly and the sense stays fresh all day , before I aways used to keep my deodorant in the drawer but no I leave it out on the dressing Tass it looks stunning , I have definitely been converted and would never go back to the original deodorants I used to use ,,l i would highly recommend for anyone to try this stunning deodorant with the freshness lasting all day 🌟💫👌🏼

I bought the Green crystal Rollr with 2 refills- Juniper and Mandarin. This deodorant is right up my street. The bottle is beautiful, feels weighty & solid to hold and the Aventurine ball rolls well and looks elevated. The scents are beautiful, the product has a lovely luxury quality to it and I know several friends who would love this as a gift. If I’m being picky I’d love a crystal lid to elevate it further! Scents are lovely and last well. Really beautiful product- love, love, love!
