Rohan Solicitors Anmeldelser

David acted on our behalf on the sale of my late mothers bungalow, this was a first for myself, it was very reassuring to have the full support of David and his team. David contacted us early November and the sale completed second week of January 2025, excellent, prompt, professional and caring service, could not fault them in any way.
Would highly recommend David and Rohan solicitors,
wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Excellent service - good communication, swift conveyancing

I am buying a flat locally and the seller's solicitor is Rohan. There is no chain in our transaction. However, the whole process is taking over 2 months. Everything has been done on my end and all the outstanding points have always been down to the Rohan solicitor. The solicitor always says it's the managing agent that is being slow. However, the management agents both got to respond fairly soon after I chased. So it turns out in the past few months that Rohan solicitor could have chased more but she didn't and always used the excuse that it's the managing agent being slow. It's unbelievable that a transaction without any chain started in October and still hasn't completed. I would avoid her if next time I look for a solicitor or my seller/buyer's solicitor is her. That's definitely a signal of slow progress, no proactivity, less sensible approach to work and less efficiency.

My business has used Rohan Solicitors, specifically Martyn G, on a number of those unfortunate occasions when we have had to pursue clients over unpaid fees.

I know from experience how demoralising, energy-sapping and frustrating it can be to engage in this process, but Martyn's calm professionalism and expertise always make the situation a little less painful.

Even better, he has a 100% record of success in enabling us to reclaim most or all of the sums owed. It's easy for any dispute to become ugly and protracted, but Martyn's advice has brought each action to a swift conclusion with the minimum of fuss.

He's an expert at distilling our thoughts and emotions into a clear course of action, and the results speak for themselves. We value Martyn's services highly and cannot recommend him and his team enough.

Really friendly and approachable staff and can always get through to someone on the phone who will help. The solicitor used in the house move was extremely efficient and never needed to be chased by myself. On every occasion I emailed him I was sure to get a response the same day. I don't have a bad word to say about these solicitors who were recommended to me.

We have just sold our house and the conveyancing was carried out by Rohan Solicitors.
The service is excellent, professional and very customer friendly. Communication is so key with this and we consider David Lloyd of Rohan as exceptional.
We would highly recommend Rohan services.

Always easy to get in touch with the person dealing with you and if not, some else was alway happy to help. Good friendly and professional service.

Would highly recommend David and Rohan solicitors. Throughout our purchase we ended up having many little hiccups and David investigated each one throughly and explained everything to us in detail so we really understood everything. Working with David gave us great confidence in our first home purchase and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

From start to finish. Company is extremely professional and communication with Emily Foley was fantastic. Very prompt and always happy to assist, we greatly appreciate her hard work throughtout the purchase of our property. She is a great asset to the company.

Rohan Solicitors were recommended to us and we can honestly say that they made the conveyancing of our property stress free. Emily was amazing. Highly professional and friendly. We had the confidence that she was working on our behalf and on shorter timescales than we had experienced in the past when selling a property. Thank you.

Emily Foley was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process of the sale of my old and purchase of our new property would highly recommend.

We recently completed on our house sale and purchase with Rohan solicitors and found their service to be absolutely first class. We were looked after by David Lloyd who went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to ensure that our completion day happened, despite several large and unpredictable hurdles to overcome. The communication was excellent and we were kept regularly informed about how things were progressing and, crucially, given excellent advice when decisions needed to be made as well. I would go as far as to say that I do not think our sale would have gone through without David and we would therefore highly recommend him and his colleagues Emily, Alice and Niamh who also looked after us whilst he was on holiday, a truly excellent service and we are extremely happy.

This was the first time in many years that I have bought a house. I was grateful to Rohan for their clear, quick and helpful service. I had the sense that they were doing all that was needed to get my house buying done correctly.
I recommend them.

A great experience with Zach Dolton and Martyn Gooch. Clear and concise communication from the outset and prompt, helpful replies to any questions along the way. Rohan were personally recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to others, particularly if dealing with business related litigation matters. I am pleased to say that they will now be my 'go to' solicitor if the need ever arises in the future.

I can highly recommend Rohan Solicitors especially Diane Lane who has been amazing throughout. Diane explains everything thoroughly in a calm professional manner and makes you feel at ease. Thank you Diane.

Emily was professional and informative at all times keeping me fully updated on the progress of our sale, which at times was frustrating for us all but Emily was always in contact with both our buyers legal teams and conveyed to me so I always felt reassured and totally up to date on matters. In Emily’s absence there were handovers to her colleagues, David and Alice who both ensured I was continually up to speed. We would totally recommend Emily and the team at Rohan and use again for their expertise, efficiency, as well as their patience, understanding and friendliness. Thank you to you all.

All the team are very helpful. No over-charging. Good contact, never left in the dark. Very professional.

David Lloyd was efficient and reliable - as well as being a calming presence - during stressful process of buying and selling property. V pleased to have had him on board. Thank you !

David has been a dream to work with. He does everything with efficiency and speed. He made my transaction so smooth and I cannot thank him enough for all the work that he did for me and my partner. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone looking to purchase a home. As a first time buyer the process can be complicated but David explained everything to us and helped us every step of the way.

David Lloyd has been a hands-on and super attentive solicitor. I really recommend going with him for your purchase.
