My order was confirmed lost by Australia Post and this company has refused to replace or refund. Have previously ordered from them, but never again. Buyer beware.

Overall review of my experience
Had a small hiccup with delivery but after speaking to staff they promptly refunded my delivery fee. As far as product I purchased the supatuff harness and dog lead and have to say the quality is much more superior than any other harness’s I have seen on the market. I am extremely happy with my purchase

The communication was fantastic
The communication was fantastic. Constant updates on the progress of my delivery and it arrived so quickly. I was not disappointed on arrival. I absolutely love my dog lead

Ruthless teal and black slim fit collar
People are accessible, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I previously purchased the white slim fit collar and a brass coloured name tag. Both products are beautiful and really good quality. I highly recommend them.

Always impressive quality
I am impressed by the quality of every item I have purchased from Rogue Royalty.
I recently bought a dog jacket and it fits my hairy boy perfectly. The description was detailed enough for me to buy without seeing the item first. My dog doesn't appear to mind wearing the jacket so I can only guess it is as comfy as it looks.

What a great company
What a great company. Fantastic products and mostly quick to arrive. It wasn't until my daughter asked how the harness was that I realised I hadn't received it. After an email to let them know, they were straight onto it and was sent the same day. No they hadn't, missed my order. My order had a different address to the usual one and they needed to makes sure it was not a scam on my part. Did I mention fantastic products?!!

I am so proud putting my collar and leash on my girl Roxy and boy Rompa, it makes such a great presentation it fits and looks fantastic. So many people approach and say what great looking dogs, where did you get your collars.
I have adjusted my orders several times adding extras, rogue have completed everything with minimal communication as they understand my requirements.
Whatever you are doing do not change as you are doing it magnificent. Great service, great products.
