Roger Black Fitness Anmeldelser

Good presale communication when enquiring.
Easy ordering and good liaison about delivery .
Was quite straightforward for our friend to put together for me.
Thank you.

Well made treadmill delivered fully assembled to the room of our choice. Only downside is no automatic incline & no instructions for manual adjustment.

Easy ordering, followed by a fast delivery.
Simple to set up, user friendly - a sturdy, powerful treadmill that has some great features. I'm very much enjoying running on it.

The bike is truly quiet and stands in our living room for us to use. We didn’t think it was that easy to fold away each time, but otherwise very pleased with it

The folding bike was bought for my daughter so that she could hop on and off during her working day whenever she had a few spare minutes. She is delighted with its size and the ability to fold it up whenever necessary.

Easy to order. Delivered on time and assembly was simple.
We’ve had one before so we knew the product was reliable.

Our daughter has given us a Roger Black Gold exercise bike as she found it hard to use.
Basically it is hard to pedal an seems to have just has one tension setting whatever the 1-8 dial is set to making it hard to pedal. I have checked as far as I can and can't find anything obviously wrong.

UPDATE
The problem was located to the tension clip behind the 1-8 resistance knobs. It had come adrift and was effectively at maximum tension. No perfect

Easy to order. Good communication since order placed. Able to choose delivery day Goods arrived as planned. Well packaged. All items received. Took approx 2 hours for my husband to put together, but good instructions. Crosstrainer is very sturdy, just getting used to it. Just put the radio on and go for it!

Price, quality and delivery all very good.
Absolutely silent, so could exercise whilst watching TV.
I got mine for post operative physio, but my husband is using it too.

The foldable exercise bike is a very good size and can be tucked into a corner of a room, without being too bulky. It was fine to assemble and feels sturdy. Perfect for at home exercising: time / calories / distance / pulse display. Although there was a problem with the first bike, I contacted customer services, who were excellent. Within a couple of days I had a brand new bike delivered without any quibbles. I would certainly buy from Roger Black again; the products are very good and the customer care is exemplary.

Great communication quick delivery on the day I requested

Delivered on time! Although there had been some minor damage in transit, this was rapidly rectified to my satisfaction. All in all a great purchasing experience.

Rowing machine is sturdy with range of settings which provide decent levels of resistance. Ordering and delivery was hassle free, kept me up to date and was polite

Very prompt delivery, detailed instructions for assembly of bike

No frills.
Efficient, straight forward, good service, item exactly as advertised, very pleased.

Excellent service and delivery. The exercise bike is good quality, simple to assemble and easy to fold. Highly recommended.
