We have the small but very mighty wooshh sound rocket. It's fabulous in a nut shell. First the technical side. The battery lasts ages! Which is great for long days. And the practical side.... It works. Baby stays asleep and clam longer and the different sounds means there is one that works for everyone. Defo recommend for every parent x

For someone who has a child dependent on rocking the pram to fall asleep, this has been an arm saver and a instant hit with our son! Would highly recommend this to anyone considering buying it!

We are a retailer for baby products / baby clothing and furniture in Gibraltar . We brought this product to commercialise just a few months ago and just the fact of having sold an incredible amount , shows how good the results have been . I received a faulty Zed from a third party seller and upon contacting Rockit they immediately jumped to my aid. I can’t fault their customer service and highly recommend their products, particularly the ZED. I bought it for my 1 month old who loves sleeping in the car. The ZED is extremely easy to use; choose your vibration setting and put it on the cot mattress. The vibration creates a soothing hum which along with the vibrations swiftly puts my now 5 month old to sleep. Wish I’d found this product for my first.

Both the rockit and zed are amazing products and the customer service is spot on. We have used the rockit on our 2 yo since 3 months and she will still nap or have her evening sleep in the buggy with the rockit on, even at 2! Means we can go out for lunch or dinner and have some much needed adult time. It's a life saver on holidays especially. Currently using the zed with our 3 week old and she self settles in her basket with the zed and white noise for every sleep, without fail so far. When we had an issue with the zed it was replaced straight away. I recommend both products to every new parent I know!

I have seen the Rockit Rocker in action (not yet bought it because someone is getting it for us as a present). I loved it - the product design is excellent. If your little one likes motion, it is such a handy device.

I just bought the Zed and the new Whoosh myself.
The Whoosh is fantastic. Truly top-notch product design. I love it because of:
- It’s so small yet so loud
- It’s easily rechargeable
- The selection and quality of the sounds
- The clip
I have a similar device but prefer this.

The Zed is still TBC. I want a bit more time to try it out before I leave a review.

I really wanted to leave a review for how good the customer service is though. Rockit is clearly a company run by someone who truly cares about its customers, their experience and their feedback. Massive thumbs up.

I purchased a Zed sleep aid when my baby was 8 weeks old to try and get them to sleep longer than a couple of hours at the most. As soon as we started using it he has literally slept at least 6 hours straight. It has 6 different vibration settings to choose from so there's a good chance one of the settings will work with your child. I had an issue with the Zed but the customer service recieved was world class. If your baby is struggling to link their sleep together I would highly recommend you try the Zed device

Excellent product, really has been a god send. I had an issue with the first one I got but contacted the company who replied within the hour and replaced it straight away. Couldn't reccomended enough

3 months... stopped working

I purchased the Zed after a recommendation from a friend. I would always have trouble getting my baby to stay asleep for longer than about 30 mins after an early morning feed (way before we want to wake up!). The Zed helps keep her asleep for an hour or more now and every minute counts!

I had an issue with the unit stopping working even with new batteries so I contacted the company and Matt helped me out by identifying a motor issue and then replacing the unit very quickly. I really appreciated this quick and helpful service.

Excellent device that I recommend to all new parents. Helps to extend nap time, every time! Also had a really positive experience with the customer service team. I have bought further Rockits as gifts :)

Best money I have spent! What a genius invention. My little girl loves a nap in the pram or car seat but as soon as we stop moving she will wake. After spending months rocking the pram with one hand whilst sitting and having a coffee or lunch, I discovered the Rockit Rocker. We now keep it attached to the pram and as soon as I stop moving switch it on and manage to have a HOT coffee, (using both hands haha) without her waking! It is easy to use, quiet and quite simply a lifesaver. We had a little mishap with the Rockit and the customer service was second to none. The responses were fast and highly informative, giving us more than one option as to how to rectify the issue. I would highly recommend that every parent purchases one of these amazing products!

We have both the Zed and the Rocket - both have worked wonders for our 5 month old (and we now have twins on the way so will need to invest in some more!!) The zed stopped working after a few months, and customer service sorted out a replacement straight away which was amazing.

Have purchased both the Zed and the Rockit and would be lost without them , even if my daughter isn’t sleeping , if she is sitting in her pram we have the Rockit on and it calms her so much . The Zed is excellent at bed times , even sends our dog to sleep !

That has to be the fastest delivery ever: next day, bang. My parent friends can't recommend this device more highly, which is why I've bought it for my imminent nephew. Happy with everything.

Very disappointed. The bracket came broken and doesn’t come with batteries and you need a small screwdriver to unscrew the first part. It’s very fiddly. Also no customer service number to contact regarding the broken bracket. For £40 I’m not a happy customer

I bought our rock-it second hand from a local mum, and oh my god! Newborn days, the ONLY thing that would help sometimes was a drive in the car. But the trouble was as as as we stopped she'd wake up. This was a game changer.... attached to the car seat once I'd returned from collecting the rock-it and she fell asleep and STAYED asleep! This bought me enough time to unload the rest of the shopping and has now become a regular trick when the car journey is just a little too short for her nap.

Love it, and have recommended to everyone I know if they need a gift for a parent 😀 Should be a staple gift for all baby gifting occasions x x

I forgot to add, I bought brand new brackets to go with our second hand device and unfortunately one broke, I contacted Rockit and their customer care was amazing. Within 5 minutes I had a response advising how to get my hands on a totally free replacement, and apologising for the inconvenience. 5 stars!!!!

Love this product. Bought this for my Lb who would not sleep in his crib. After 2 weeks of no sleep I ordered this at 3am! What a difference it made! My LB started to settle in his crib! He is 4 months now and still loves this! It stays on for a few hours so is great as you don’t have to be getting up to turn it on regularly! My product stopped working properly and I emailed to receive the best customer service and response and a replacement was sent to me ASAP. Highly recommend this product to everyone! Worth every penny!

We bought a rock it for an extremely unsettled baby that would not sleep!! This was a god send! Helped getting baby to sleep longer particularly at night!!

We purchased a rockit for when we’re out and about, because of lockdown we didn’t actually use this until my baby was nearly four months old. After using it four times it just stopped working, the four occasions it did work it was successful at helping to settle my baby. But £35 for four uses is a bit expensive. We emailed rockit about this and were given instructions that were extremely patronising. Had we considered changing the batteries or had we tried turning up the dial on it then they were just ridiculous with requesting we took it all apart to make sure it hadn’t overheated even though it had not been used for days and still would not turn on. After we tried all of this we were directed to return it to store, which we can’t do because the returns period has ended or to pay to send it off to them. However the tone of the email insinuated we would be blamed for it no longer working and therefore it seems pointless to do so. Expensive and poor quality but the idea is great.
