In time and crisis and hard to find disinfectant spray this company came through in this crisis as my wife has lupus and a diabetic and has cancer and could find any disinfectant and if you know lupus then you would now you got to keep the germs away.

Got what I wanted shipped quickly to me and exactly what I wanted. Had a tough time finding a company who actually had some aerosol disinfectant in stock. Was been leery as to whether or not they actually had it when I ordered...but they did. Had never dealt with this company before. Found them online and took a chance. Glad that I did!

Shipping was longer than expected but probably due to covid-19

I ordered on March 31. Still have not received order. Was told today when I called that it is back ordered until atleast April 10. Communication with this company is terrible. Will never use them again.

UPDATE:

I heard back from Kelley Seubert which is an account manager with Rocket Industrial. They are using this as a learning experience. Since we are a small business I think I would have asked if there was another product that could substitute until the right product came in or simply is there anything we can do to fix this situation. But no, they are just going to use this as a learning experience. What a joke. I would rather they had not said anything at all.

Now they are offering 10% off on my next order. This customer service department is a joke. Why would I put another order in when you all treat your customers the way you do. Look at the reviews below, this is happening a lot.

Very satisfied.. Fast delivery.. Product just what I wanted...

Order a product that was still displayed as in stock and got a confirmation email of my purchase. Card was purchased and I waited two weeks for the product. After reaching out I found that I was never actually going to receive my item. Wasted my precious time waiting for product that would never be delivered when I could have gotten the product elsewhere or looked at other options. Would have appreciated a follow up email a few days after order at least notifying me the items on my order were on backorder and would never arrive. Moreover, why was I charged for an item I was never going to receive? and why does the customer have to reach out and do the work in order to get a credit for product never shipped. Most companies now wait until product has shipped before charging the customer.
Will not work with company again as have had much better success with others.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to ship in 3 days, or up to 12 business days if it was back ordered. The purchase statement I received stated a representative would be in contact if there was a delay in shipping. I have not been contacted after 16 business days.

I order towels for my business and they are back ordered. You site should have told me they were not available and I would not have placed the order to begin with. You immediately charged my card for the order even though you don't have the product. I don't think you should charge me until the items order are shipped. That is how we handle our business. I don't take payment for anything until it ships from our office. My real problem is that I received no further information on my order, not even telling me that it was back ordered, so I called to find out about it and then cancelled the order with your representative. To date, I am still waiting my refund that was charged to my credit card. When can I expect my refund of funds.

Kudos for the help Rocket Industrial is giving to the country during Covid 19 pandemic.

I placed my order based on your website info that it was an in stock item. I recieved a call after the order was placed. I was then told the item wasn't in stock. Very frustrating since your site pledged to keep important items available during this outbreak.

I was not informed the product I ordered was no longer available. When i contacted the seller about the status of my order, all i received was a refund email.

I ordered a “Lysol” type spray for my business as the local stores had sold out. Once the order was placed and funds charged I stopped looking for it. Only to find out they canceled my order and refunded my card. I just wish they said the product was not available and I would of continued to search. I work with children and it is very impyfor our business.
