My experience was smooth and to the point from start to finish. ROCKET MORTGAGE is the best company to do mortgages. They were great at working fast and keeping me updated with where we were at in the process. This is the only company I will work with because of how they do business!

The pre-signing made things go a lot quicker and easier to notary that handled it Angelica I believe was her name was very polite and very on task as far as getting it done quickly. It was over and done in about eight minutes. Worked out very well for me let’s have happy to do it the way we did it over over the phone line and with the FaceTime.

Easy and quick

You messed up the process to transfer the home by doing multiple title transfers, had to redo the loan several times and blew past 3 “close dates”. No idea how you guys are in business.

The seamless integration of technology and its application in a heavy document process was much appreciated. Smooth and easy, that’s the way I like it. Our Rocket contacts were knowledgeable and responsive, especially Chris Krupa.

Fast, convenient , helpful

Michael Calo, Jennifer Stockwell and Cornell Fears were amazing! This was my first home purchase and they answered all my questions. Either via phone calls or emails.

It was convenient and very easy. The closing agent showed up early. There were no papers to shuffle around. The process was very efficient.

The actual closing was great. Fast and easy. Getting there though was sometimes a struggle.

Everyone i spoke to was helpful and normaly quick to answer an questions that I might have.
