The rest of my team Matthew Cristiano, and Ben Holtquist also absolutely great 10+⭐️. We closed on my loan August 31st 2026. For a first time home buyer they made my experience perfect!! The person that prepared our documents was rude and did not help in any manner. When purchasing a home not everyone knows the ins and outs of the process. I asked questions and was told to refer to my attorney that I did not have. We didn’t use attorneys for this process. She didn’t even try to put me in a direction of someone who could explain the documents I was being rushed to sign. I would definitely say next time I hope to not use rocket mortgage or have someone more knowledgeable to assist the process.

The closing was rather chaotic. Closer had another appointment scheduled right after ours. Closer left the meeting without giving buyer (us) a copy of paperwork.

Everyone was helpful.
They made everything for simple.

Property tax proration done incorrectly for Montgomery County, Oh…. With refusal to correct in response to my complaint… costing me $700 more than what should have been.

I have signed all the closing documents and was told my check would be here Friday and I still have not received it. I have left call to Derek Stockel and no return callDerek Stockel told me my rate was going to be 8
05 and I am paying 8.65. The request for documents was a disaster, he kept asking me for documents peace meal instead of a list which really delayed the process. Other lenders have advertised money in a week with 7.63 rate with my credit score, Fifth Third Bank. I would never recommend Rocket mortgage to any one. You lied to me to many times.

The young lady heather was excellent. We were very pleased with her.

This took way longer than it should have. The lack of communication and having to call up multiple times to ask what I needed to do or if they needed anything. Having to provide a lean document twice.. and didn’t even know until 2 or 3 weeks later. Left in the dark for over a week just to find that out when it wasn’t even uploaded on my rocket mortgage account.. I had to keep calling to make sure we were on track and what was the next step. So disappointed how this was handled…

Everything was absolute wonderful till we was suppose to get our credit card pay off checks, they misspelled the address on it and thank goodness the person it did go to we knew.

My experience was, it was fast. It was informative. It was always up-to-date and any question I had was answered for me and all the people that I talk to were pleasant to work with !

The closing call was great. It went fast and real easy to follow. Good experience will recommend.

Being able to close online, review and sign all the documents before closing made the entire process easier.
