One of the easiest things I have done. The process was smooth and fast. Lightning fast to close. Less than 5 minutes and we were done. OUr closing coordinator was Rick. He explained things in an easy to understand manner and respected our time. Evan who I originally spoke to to start the process was equally professional yet respected my time and how quickly I wanted to move along. They both read the room well. Kudos to both of them and their excellent customer service skills.

Closing cost and down payment percentage is different. When I start my search the company agent gives me lower rates in other markets. But the final agreement time change makes me frustrated. But I learn one lesson don’t trust before signing. The agent needs to send a detailed information before 1 weeks.

I paid rocket $500 to hire a property appraiser to purposely undervalue my property by $60k so it makes zero sense to refinance.
I paid you to perform a hard credit pull which lowered my score 54 points and to have my property valued $60k under all comps around me just to offer me a refinance that costs me $300 per month more mortgage payment more than I'm paying now.
Because I obviously wont take the negative deal, you wont reimburse my $500 appraisal fee and you can't repair my credit score which your action damaged directly, and now I need to wait several months for my score to go back up some and dramatically risk the interest rate increasing so I can't refinance in the future.

Fast, efficient, friendly

It was great. Everyone we worked with was nice and courteous.

As a single person, anything or anyone that has to come and meet me or come to my home should contact me and let me know who they are and what we need to do. An example is my appraisal, I would have appreciated them contacting me through email or text first and not a call. There are too many spam calls. The same with the person I closed with and had to nortarize my papers. There needs to be an option for them not to come to my house. I didn't even know I had to meet someone in person or I would have picked a different time.

I thought what I needed was impossible instead I closed on my first mortgage yesterday
