Svar fra Rockaway Toys
We’re sorry that you aren’t happy with the service you received. As explained in my email there was a mix up in the warehouse which resulted in your order not being dispatched, instead of a similar order which I had told the warehouse didn’t need to be sent. Your order was sent as soon as I received your email and I also issued you with a refund as a good will gesture.
