I visited your store this evening. The girl/assistant was helpful and encouraging, I felt that she explained the difference in hair pieces and helped me to make the right choice for me at this time. She also advised on the care of my new hair piece.

I had a wonderful experience at Roches while shopping for bras and swimwear. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, professional and understanding. She took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find pieces that were not only extremely comfortable and supportive, but also beautiful.

I really appreciated her thoughtful and sensitive approach. She made the whole experience easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and I left feeling very happy and confident with my choices.

I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The receptionist is super friendly and Andrea was so so lovely. She really listened and was super empathetic from the start. By the end of the appointment, I was actually having fun trying on the different styles and colours.

Sam was professional,so helpful, empathetic and good humoured.

Lovely friendly staff at reception. Andrea, the wig consultant was well informed, helpful and understanding. She was pleasant and kind without overdoing things and made the whole experience quite light hearted and enjoyable, despite my cancer diagnosis . She was really welcoming to my husband and daughter too. It was a no pressure consultation , with a no obligation opportunity to order in different styles. I felt like it was totally my decision and I was given plenty time to think about my choices and to come back for other appointments. A great service that would be hard to beat.

I have been attending Roches for approx 11 years now and have received exceptional care in every interaction. Starting with cheerful, pleasant reception staff and then amazing kindness, genuine care and expert knowledge from Samantha and most recently Catriona. This could be a daunting visit for some ladies but the girls handle everything with such empathy, that it is a pleasure to shop. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I cant not thank roches enough for my visit today i was so nervous going in and did not kmow what to expect i was allocated.to andrea and she was just incredible from start to finish she made me feel so confident in my new.styles and wig and she listened from the start about what i felt i wanted to acheive the boost in my confidence she gave me today was unreal thank you.so much Andrea xxxx

Friendly,helpful ,cheerful staff ! I'm Terrie Murray; had my annual visit to Roches yesterday 10/09/2026.I usually see Sam but as she was on holidays Katrina looked after me instead . She was really nice and I felt very relaxed in her company.She took great care to make sure everything fitted just right and she picked lovely colours for me. I always feel good after my visits and I would highly recommend Roches for anyone having surgery or chemotherapy !
