I placed an order 1 week ago and was really looking forward to make watch strap for my new Apple Watch and it is yet to even be shipped let alone delivered, Delivery was quoted as 4-6 days which has now passed.

I reached out to Robust on the Live Chat and all they could tell me was they was still processing the order and gave me no timescales

I’ll let the pictures do the talking. This is the perfect band for my Ultra3. Second watch to use this perfect band.
I have a second and I’m 3 years it is still waiting to be used.

After seeing the ads boasting how well of a product that they make for months, I finally took the plunge and bought two watch bands. After a week of no update on my purchase being shipped I called the customer service phone number listed on website. I tried three times, all unsuccessful. Getting a message sorry we cannot answer the phone right now. I did get an email response generated from my phone call though. I replied back and was told on Wednesday that I would have an update within 24-48 hours, 96 hours later still nothing. I wish I could review the product but if it’s anything like the customer service I have received, well then the bands will be subpar for sure. I will never do business with this company again.

Just received the Carbon Fiber Link band for my Apple Watch from Robust Goods

It is super comfortably, light and looks great.

I will wear this at work and in the weekend my IWC or Rolex :-)

Convince me that i did not just pay 37,50 for a watchband that is 9,99 on aliexrpess. Absoluut fully the same model and my Robust leather band came from China as well in a plastic pouch. Just another dropshipper “smoke and mirroring” the consumer that hey deliver a quality product by a nice website and a high price. Just spend 75 euro for two bands where i only needed one and which i could have gotten for 10 euro. Duhhhh

I was a bit sceptical at first. Too many dodgy companies out there. But this is not one of them. Took about 5 days to receive the wristbands. And they look very nice and have a high quality feeling.
So I’m very happy with them.

Amazing wristbands! I was skeptical at first because I thought this was probably a bait and switch kind of product. I was TOTALLY wrong, the bands far exceeded my expectations. I bought the brown and black for my Apple Ultra. I HIGHLY recommend these wristbands.

Update: i did end up receiving a full refund- however it started with "no only 25% off then 50% off"...So im satisfied that i got my money back but it still is a waste of time... time is money. This leather hardware is junk and falls apart trying to buckle it…Leather is ok.. however I’ve had better leather products . I was happy with a replacement offer from customer service but the same product failed in the same way… now they just offer a 25% refund because the original purchase was over 30 days… but the defective replacement took way less than 30 days to break…

I ordered 2 leather straps. One was Black / Black Titanium but instead they sent me the Black / Natural Titanium. I sent them several emails that they sent the wrong strap but no answer.
There is no customer service.

After I wrote this review I got this answer from “Robust Goods Support qw72eg2kmzqgv4dy-emails.gorgias.com” – Gorgias: The Conversational AI platform for Ecommerce. Now I really can expect that the problem will be solved.
Do not buy from Robust Goods…

The marketing and support are very strong in my opinion, which is a good start for a company. However, for the price they charge for these bands, the quality—at least of the one I bought for my Apple Watch Ultra—is very poor. The fasteners are too big and do not align properly with the curvature of the watch. They’re also loose, which makes them squeaky when I move my wrist.

Additionally, although the strap is made from genuine leather, the dye quality is poor. I bought the navy blue version, and it stains my wrist with a blue color that doesn’t wash off easily. I wore it for only a couple of days, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the stitching starts to wear down within a few months either. If that happens, I’ll update this review.

To conclude, if you don’t mind overpaying for a low-quality product and can tolerate misaligned, oversized fasteners, the strap does at least look good in person—hopefully the dye won’t wear off completely in a month or two.

I initially contacted support regarding a completely different issue — I received one stainless steel fastener and one titanium black fastener, even though I ordered two titanium black fasteners. However, none of the issues mentioned above were discussed or resolved. The original issue also remains unresolved: you said you would send a replacement, but since April 19, I have not received any further updates or information.

The are very nice wristbands for the Apple Watch. It feels a lot more comfortable than the standard band for them and is more stylish too .

I bought 2 straps, where there was a promotion that you get the 2nd strap for free. I ordered a black and a brown leather strap. The order was in the Netherlands within a week and when I opened the package I could already smell the leather. The quality is very good and they look beautiful. I am really happy and i can recommend this!!!!!

I have bought a number of Titanium Apple Watch bands from these guys which are super high quality at a very fair price, and most recently purchased the leather 4 pack.

They are being truthful, the leather 4 pack is super thick, high quality, top grain leather. It was actually even better quality than I expected. It is an amazing value for the price.

I had an issue with a coupon code I was trying to use and they resolved it immediately and also shipped very quickly. Their customer service is fantastic. Could not be happier with my multiple purchases from them. Keep making more band colors so I can buy more, please! ;)
