Poor quality product. Wouldn’t use this company again.

They advertise parts with a warranty and then don't stand by it when they fail.
I bought an item from them which had a 2 year warranty which failed after just 10 months and Robust car parts did not want to know.
Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else.

I’ve had the worst experience with Robust Car Parts. One of the parts they supplied was defective - did not even fit. I contacted them several times and the customer service was unhelpful, slow to respond and more interested in making excuses than resolving the issue.

I’ve had to waste time and money trying to sort out a problem that should have been straightforward. Based on my experience, I would not buy from Robust Car Parts again and I’m very disappointed that Amazon continues to work with a company that treats customers like this.

Bought an item that never turned up. I had to use Section 75 to get a refund. Complete waste of time, with no correspondence whatsoever. I now do my homework and try to contact companies before buying. I suggest you do the same with these people. I bet you won't get any answer on the phone.

Discusting company that should not be Trading.selling copy parts and accessories on eBay with over 700 complaints.how they are still selling is unbelievable.They sent me dodgy items which I returned with Tracking and they said that they never received it,even though the tracking number proved they did.They then said that they never sold me the product in the 1st place and also refused to return my calls or refund me.i have taken this further now.The company is using a number that they don’t answer to set up shop and are fraudulent in every way.save your money guys and shop elsewhere

Bought a coolant expansion tank off of their eBay shop. Was on the car for about 3 months before it started leaking from the seam.
Contacted through Ebay but was ignored.
Don't buy their poor quality, cheap parts. It will cost you more

When asking for availability of a particular part, this was the response I received
“ Please check our eBay store page as I honestly wouldn't know”

This company shud not b in business they r theifs and try n pass the book on 2 e bay please think long n hard about using this company b4 u bye anythin its worth paying other company's woth better service they av ripped off many people don't let them get u

Just received a wing mirror and cover in two days. Very happy with everything especially the fitting 👍

It was supposed to be a under engine cover for a Vauxhall Insignia, it turned out to be a cheap piece of plastic, the holes that were supposed to secure it didn't line up with the holes on the car. Beware of cheap parts on eBay as they probably won't fit.

I ordered and received a part which was found on arrival to be incorrect. Although part of an eBay site I contacted the seller direct and after a few weeks they replied to ask for more information which I gave them,
eventually after many weeks and numerous emails I was asked to return the part which I have. They have refused to refund me. This company's administration is inept ,they have no telephone contact and are dishonest! They have the part and my money and have made no contact since. I would discourage anyone from trading with them

Never use this company!!! They supply cheap and nasty products listed as quality when nothing could be further from the truth. Customer service is non-existent and they will try to get rid of you without any help or support. They just take your money and hide, no chance of a replacement or refund. Terrible experience, you have been warned.

Shocking experience. Bought a turbo hose from them through their eBay store in January. Fitted it and it was fine. In April I was coming back from holiday and I lost power in my car as if the turbo wasn't kicking in. Upon investigation, it turns out the hose had majorly burst. Looking at the hose in detail, the construction was very poor. I contacted the seller explaining that a local (much more costly) replacement had been sourced and fitted as I needed the car to get home and for work the following day. I asked to return it for a refund as a replacement wasn't needed, nor was it wanted given the poor quality of the one that had burst. Supposedly it had a warranty. It appears not as RobustCarParts remains unwilling to engage in accepting the part back and refunding, despite this being eBays own recommendation in email. I have to say, not own are the parts poor, but the Customer Service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced.

I recently purchased an intercooler pipe for my Volvo V70 D3 163bhp diesel. Part was almost £150 cheaper than Volvo’s own part. Pipe came with clips and it fitted really well. Good quality product.

I recently ordered van parts from RobustCarparts on eBay and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional
