Ordered the buzz lightyear . You guys take way to long to ship , I had to write 2 emails so you guys would ship but on your site it says 3 to 5 days , mine shipped after 2 weeks , if we pay 600 etc for a product you should honestly make sure it ships out asap , how can temu ship out immediately but you guys can’t ??!!! Also I was so stressed waiting for this, you guys took so long that I thought I was scammed , I will never order from you guys again . I rather not be stressed out

Terrible experience with Robosen. Paid for express shipping (1-3 business days), but the package arrived late, missing my son’s birthday. To make matters worse, the box was visibly damaged with a wet, fluid-like substance—possibly battery leakage. Refused the delivery due to safety concerns, but the refund process has been slow and unclear, with UPS inspections and return delays adding to the frustration. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a Buzz Lightyear 2 weeks ago which was stated as a 2 - 5 day delivery. Received an email today advising the Megatron I ordered would be dispatched in two weeks and thanked me for my patience. Didn't order a Megatron.
What is happening !!! Really disappointed that the company should behave with no real concern but happy to take £500 payment immediately.

Your ordering service isn’t great . The communication is misleading . Also instead of using Shop as an app you should provide a better shipping and shopping experience.

Wow. This is the only word that came in my mind when I think to this amazing products. I’m an enthusiastic fan of the new technologies and game. This products combine perfectly this 2 things. The last Megatron is incredible beautiful, in all the details and is getting better in all the transformation side. Thx to exist!!

I purchased the megatron from robosen europe it arrived 3 days ago...the voice commands don't work. I've emailed them 3 times and no response..

Never buying from Robosen again. I paid 126 CAD more than I should have because Robosen didn’t take care of taxes and duties nor did the final bill or any instructions clearly laid out that there will be anything extra on top when UPS delivers. This is never a problem with Amazon.

Received my Optimus prime elite robot yesterday, took it directly out the box, charged it, turned it on gave it a voice command and nothing, tried downloading it to the app and the robot doesn’t even appear on my Bluetooth, Customer service sucks. Very disappointed

Purchased op elite robot it's self so far is great ,but also Purchased the Ai base which is ok but you can not send voice commands .
So I have been trying to no avail to contact the company and like all the reviews say customer service is disgusting.
I am afraid that I have wasted my money on extra warranty.
I was going for megaton but you can forget that.

I have an optimus prime under warranty that has problems when transforming (it seems like gears), apart from the battery that wears out in 5 minutes, I have been trying to use the warranty for weeks, sending dozens of emails with half-hearted and terse responses, I have sent them videos, everything they have asked for and I cannot get anyone to repair a product bought in the European Union and that is not even a year old, be careful with this company because when you have problems it is very difficult to contact them, they do not take care of their customers, I was going to buy another model but right now you do not feel like leaving my money to someone who has this lousy after-sales service, I do not want them to send me a battery that I have to assemble myself, I want my robot to be repaired under warranty!

I had a Flagship Optimus Prime issue, even though I get this one from ebay but got it fixed eventually - despite it took a while but I'm happy it gets solved with a fair repair fee as I though it would be super expensive. So it evens the long lead time :)

The product is amazing. Especially like the stop motion-like mode for teaching it new moves - our son loves it! We did have one issue but a replacement was shipped within a few days.

I have had good buying experiences with Robosen in the past.Lately I have not.I have been waiting for "megatron" almost 7 months now with little explanation from you.Robosen could do a better job communicating to potential customers as your products are expensive and holidays are fast approaching.

I love your products, I own them all.
