Roadtrips did a fantastic setting up a great week in Rio for my Father and I. Without them, logistically, the trip would have been beyond difficult. Very excited to use Roadtrips again in two years at the World Cup.

The team at Roadtrips were amazing!!! Our onsite team took very good care of us during our entire stay. Special thanks to Jeff for always being available to answer all our questions and for his great direction. Roadtrips delivered on all expectations. Amazing seats! Hope to see you in Tokyo 2020.

This was an awesome trip. The Roadtrips staff delivered on every level. They are organized, communicate extremely well, have an awesome presentation of your itinerary when you arrive. I always felt that I could call them with any question that I had and someone would answer. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are taken care of. I met so many people who were repeat customers of Roadtrips and I totally see why. We will definitely use them again!

The entire experience was excellent. Roadtrips offered a lodging option at all price points. We chose a highly rated beautiful boutique hotel that put us away from the crowds in a great artsy neighborhood. Both the home office and on site staff were great. Roadtrips was constantly assessing transportation issues and developing options based upon current conditions to assure seamless, easy transportation around the city. The amenities included a private lounge with free (really good) hot food and drinks that was a great place to gather before and after events. We look forward to doing this again in Tokyo.

Road trips personnel made us feel genuinely welcomed and we'll cared for. We received transportation that was not included in the package, and was extremely welcome. And the lounge that sounded just so so in the written description was a major highlight of our trip.

Roadtrips arranged our Rio 2016 Olympics trip and I can't say enough good things about them. The quality and level of service was top notch. They were so responsive to our needs, attentive to every last detail and the people who hosted us in Rio from Roadtrips were so warm, fun, friendly and awesome at their jobs. From the biggest things to the smallest things, they were just on top of it. For example, even when we realized we didn't have our USA team gear (since we are currently living in Peru), Dwayne within an hour had an American flag and two USA Team Olympic hats for us. The hotel we stayed in and the transportation arranged to the events were wonderful. We felt safe, taken care of and most of all had an unforgettable amazing experience checking off a bucketlist dream of going to the Olympics to see the equestrian show jumping events.

This was my first experience in Rio, with the Olympics, and with Roadtrips. I was very happy with the service Roadtrips provided. I was emailing questions until the day before I left from NJ to go to Brazil and my emails were still being answered. Kris and the rest of the team were excellent. They had my itinerary lined up and constantly communicated with me. I never felt alone. I would recommend Roadtrips to all of my friends and family. Tgey made me feel like friends. It was too many to name individually but they were all great and easy to talk to. I can't say enough about them.

The local hosts, as well as the regular Roadtrips crew were amazing to have while in Rio. They were accessible, helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel we stayed in was in an amazing location, and the gift package we got was unbelievable. My wife and I were very well taken care of each day, and we even stepped out of our own comfort zones.

I just had one of my more particular clients come back from her time with Roadtrips at the Olympics. There is no way to express how happy she was with Dustin and all of the hosts. Thank you all for making her vacation spectacular!

Road Trips will go over and beyond to make your experience as safe, comfortable, and accommodating as possible. Our experience in a Rio was phenomenal and we hope to travel with them again!

The trip was definitely an experience that my daughter & I will never forget!! The group from Roadtrips Jeff, Ben, Gabriela, Camila, and all the others made us feel like family. They were available to answer questions or just give updates daily. The excursions to the local sites were wonderful & made better by having a person who spoke English. !! GREAT TRIP!!

I had the most fun and exciting experience in Rio because the hosts and guides were exceptional. They were warm, friendly and sincerely interested in helping make my trip successful! I went to London with a different company in 2012 and they don't even come close to the experience I had in Rio. Roadtrips has a client for life, I look foward to Tokyo in 2020 and hopefully, South Korea in 2018!

From the moment of my inquiry, the Staff went right to work to accommodate all of my client's requests. This was a "trip of a lifetime", the Rio Olympics and I put my trust in Roadtrips. Roadtrips went beyond expectations in planning an extraordinary trip with Outstanding Service throughout!
The clients had airline delays which were independent of the package, however the office staff and site staff were right there to help assist in rearranging arrival transfers, notifying the Hotel and rearranging tours. My clients arrived 2 days late but felt they missed nothing because of the assistance of the road trips staff in making everything come together. Roadtrips provided excellent, local expertise to help my daughter and I have the best Olympic experience possible. Jeff and Ben are friendly, supportive and FUN! The group of local people they utilized were awesome as well as they new much about our area, accompanied us on trips and were great to be around.
