We used this company to book our trip to the soccer world cup in Qatar. They charged us each $21050 for what they claimed " five star" accommodation"!! unfortunately, it was not even a 2 star hotel. The hotel was rated as five star. The Dusit hotel in down town Doha but it's a run down hotel and very dirty. When we asked about it from the Road trip representative on site , she didnt do anything about but to apologize. We changed our hotel to Ritz and only then another representative from the company contacted us to offer a better accommodation but at that time it was too late we had already paid for Ritz for the duration of our stay and it was non-refundable. We did ask the company for partial refund for this, but they denied us. I also have to say that the seats for the game were fantastic and there is no complain there.

This was a trip that has always been on my bucket list. Rose Bowl Parade and Game. My husband agreed that this would be our 50th Wedding Anniversary Gift.

Worst Trip I have ever had anywhere in the world. Very Expensive. Staff from Roadtrips was not responsive nor helpful in any way. No personal attention.

Once I got to Kate ( after the person who was my contact jetted off to the World Cup and left us unattended) she and others assured me that getting around to the events were easy even though my husband cannot walk. Result, spent the entire day in tears, had to walk more than 10 miles to get anywhere. Uber drive dropped us off on a Freeway because of traffic and made us walk the highway to get to the parade. Roadtrips should maybe go to the events they charge so much for before they give guidance on how carefree and easy it is.

Bottom Line I paid a fortune just to get seats to the parade, game and stay at a mediocre Westin whose staff was not helpful in guiding us to the events at all.
Had to take Ubers everywhere and drivers had no idea where they were going. I arranged for all of our dinners, transport from the airport,etc. Those made by me were great and worth the price. Maybe I should go in the business

DO NOT Use these people. This is by no means a luxury or concierge service. It is a luxury ticket scalping agency and that is it. Could have done it cheaper and learned more through my own means.

A negative check on that bucket list item caused by this company.

I paid &8,000 for my grandson and myself to experience the All Star game and Home Run Derby in Los Angels. We we put up at the Westin Bon Adventure Hotel. When we got to our room it was filthy. It was dusty (so dusty that I could hardly read the #’s on the phone and you could have written your name on the shelve above the headboard). There were peanuts on the floor and debris all along where the carpets meet the floorboards and where the carpet meets the bed frame. The bath floor was dirty especially around the toilet and in the corners. The coffee pot was missing a part, there wasn’t anything in the room for room service, a guide on how to use the tv or any information on how to contact any hotel service. One day they didn’t even clean our room. The seats for both games were directly facing the Sun and for the first few hours you had to put your arm up to shade your eyes so that you could see the action. I wished I would have just booked it myself, it would have certainly been a lot cheaper. After I got my seat assignments I checked on line for tickets in our seating area and they averaged between $300 - $500 and I had booked our room for 3 extra nights and it was $289 a night.Doing it myself would have been around $3000. That is a huge difference.

It was the first time I ever used an online travel agency. I have never travelled overseas. So I was figuratively a fish out of water. I had no idea what was going on at all. Until I met Kris Huth from Roadtrips...

He is the easiest person I have ever had to deal with and has made the process so easy. Literally all I have had to do is provide details of what I want and he provides the holiday package with complete ease. I have changed my holiday plan about 5 times. No issue, every time Kris has provided me with the best package you could find. He is the ULTIMATE sports travel agent.

This is NOT a fake review. I am being as genuine as I can possibly be. I will be using Roadtrips for every single sports event I go to from now on.

Truly 7 star service

The booking processes was very efficient. Greg and Jeff were very good hosts. As this was to be a "bucket list", possibly once in a lifetime trip, we sprung for the Gasoline Alley suites, and based on the price tag, our expectations were high. We actually thought the suite provided inside seating with a view of track for all suite ticket holders. This is not the case. There are seats provided with this great view, but they only accommodate a portion of the ticket holders. Adequate seating is provided on the roof, and suite ticket holders may come in the suite as desired. When we entered the suite, there was hostess of sorts, but not affiliated with Roadtrips. In fact she had never heard of Roadtrips, and looked at us like we were gum on her shoe when we said we with Roadtrips. Earlier visitors to the suite had "saved" EVERY seat, and it appeared that there would be no place inside for us to sit. When we questioned this, we were told that seating was on the roof. When we enquired about being seated inside, we were basically told that if we wanted to watch the race on TV we should have stayed home. Another Roadtrips guest, who walked with a cane, was told by another guest that she couldn't sit in a particular seat because it was taken. As the day wore on, it became apparent that we were simply going to ignore the saved seats, and as it turned out, this was not a problem. People were in and out of the suite all day, and ultimately we met many nice people, and the catering was very good. The early arrivals apparently felt they were entitled to save all of the seats, and sadly, the folks taking care of the guests did nothing to dissuade them, and were not particularly welcoming to guests who were not with Shell or Penske. At this point, no one on the Roadtrips staff could run interference for us, as they did not have access to the suite. (Our host mentioned on the bus to the event that he had never been in one the suites. We were sort of expecting our suite to be a "Roadtrips" suite.)

When we booked this event, we "treated" ourselves to one of the best available packages, not because we have money to throw away, but because we wanted a truly special once in a lifetime experience. While our Roadtrips hosts were great, our race day event was anything but a "VIP" experience. Our day started with us feeling like we very foolishly spend a LOT of money for seats on the roof, with access to a suite with no available seats. Again, it was the staff taking care of the suite, and not Roadtrips personnel that were unwelcoming. However, we booked through Roadtrips instead of trying to piece the trip together ourselves so that this kind of thing would not happen.

I booked a Super Bowl 52 package through this company and it delivered on all levels. The hotel was right in the middle of the action, the tail gate party was really crowded but lots of fun and the food was really great! Our hosts Jeff and Greg were fantastic and very helpful as was Kate who helped me put the package together. Would highly recommend this travel company if you wish to attend a major sporting event.

I have traveled with Roadtrips for about a dozen excursions and they never fail to deliver excellent tickets, comprehensive service, and an unforgettable weekend. THANKS AGAIN! I highly recommend them!

First time users of Roadtrips We would highly recommend them to new users. Our trip to the Bermuda and the America's Cup was awesome due to Roadtrips. We were scheduled to go on a spectator boat on Sat/Sun. But when we went to the dock to board we were told to stand back. Roadtrips arranged for us to NOT board the spectator boad with a 100+ people; but instead, we boarded a 92' yacht with only 25 or so people on board. We had the same yacht on Sunday with even less people and again on Monday with barely 12. Roadtrips made our bucket-list one of the best adventures we have had. We look forward to another adventure using Roadtrips as our guide.

Great Trip - enjoyed accommodations and the entire America's Cup experience.

Our travel agent booked us to the Indianapolis 500 via Road Trips.
I cannot say enough good things about Road Trips. Everything went
according to schedule and was 100% accurate. Kate from Road Trips was on site to answer any and all questions. In addition she touched base with us more than once while in Indianapolis to be sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything. I would book through them again without question.

For the amount we paid, for the experience we had, it was totally a fleecing for which I am responsible and ashamed.

My wife and I had a great time in Monte Carlo. Airline delays spoiled our helicopter ride in, but Duane and the Roadtrips team arranged a late night car and driver to bring us to the fabulous Hotel Hermitage. Great viewing from the yacht and the terrace. Personal escorts to venues were most appreciated. We look forward to more Roadtrips roadtrips.

They are Amazing 5 stars does not describe there level of service and professionalism. I give them 7 stars if there is such a thing. Def utilize their services for your next travel related event.

Roadtrips planned our Indy 500 trip. We were all first time visitors (6). RT did a fantastic job of communicating with us throughout the pre-visit process. When we arrived, we were greeted by RT personnel. We were given 3 hotels options. The one we selected was downtown, close walking distance to bars/restaurants. Transportation to the race was great and our seats were awesome (Penthouse B). There were 2 RT reps that were with us the entire time and were very helpful. All in all, a fantastic trip. Well done. Bucket list - check!

Samantha and Laura lovely, but inadequately prepared. Thursday evening cocktail party was run by the Galt House, not Road Trips. We did not meet anyone on the tour until Friday evening and then only five other people.
The Galt House has a lovely location, but is in dire need of updating. Bureau drawers did not close, no hook on back of bathroom door, and the hotel employees had very little knowledge of either the hotel or the surrounding neighborhood. And their English speaking was poor.

Food at hotel mediocre, slow service, but pricing was fair.

The transportation to and from the track was only OK

The Bourbon Trail part to Makers Mark was lovely, their tour guide (Jeannie) excellent, the lunch at some club was buffet style and second rate. Desserts stale. Also too long. Did not need the Barton stop. Too industrial! I would have preferred lunch in the quaint town.

I expected more than just a hotel room and derby tickets!

Samantha and Laura were very pleasant, however I was very disappointed in the trip overall. I am not sure what you mean by friction, but the tripped lacked on all counts.
The hotel was shabby and run down, the food was not good, and we hardly knew we even belonged to a tour group. Unlike all other tour groups at Galt House, we did not even have name tags. Our excursion to Makers Mark was enjoyable and well doneI The hotel run cocktail party on Thursday evening was weak. Samantha and Laura did invite us to have drinks at AJ's on Friday evening which was kind of them.

I expected more from Roadtrips as I usually travel with Tauk and found them to be superior to Roadtrips.

Everything was planned perfectly. Great company and employees.

The best decision I made was to book through Road Trips. They are terrific to work with and keep you well informed on everything. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them !!!
