I ordered the "Bedroom Sleigh Beds Available In Range Of Colors & Sizes" on 30th May and was told I would receive the bed between the 3rd and 5th June but in fact it didnt turn up until 17th June - they blamed it on EID.

Once I received the bed and paid to have it assembled, I realised things were not right so I wrote to them on 27th June to say that I was not happy with my purchase as follows:

There are not enough slats to support my £800 mattress, so it feels like it’s sagging, the quality is terrible, as the material is rippling rather than being smooth, and you can see unfinished edges and it has no feet as per the pictures. They have removed this bed from their website but fortunately I took screenshots.

They wrote back on the same day to say that they accepted my complaint were arranging for a courier to collect the bed and upon return they promised they would refund me - they even send an email to this affect. This was 2-3 weeks ago and nothing has been done, and they do not keep me informed as they promised. Its like they stupidly think I am going to go away for forget about it. WRONG. I have now had to involve my credit card company to fight this legally on my behalf and now need to dismantle the bed myself so I can put my new one in place.

I think this company is so desperate for sales as they were whatsapping me asking if I needed sofas or blinds. They even used my name to put a 5 star review on their own website. A verified name they use for constant purchase pop ups is Lee Craigie - i have a screen shot showing he purchased a bed on 27th June when I took my screenshots and apparently he has bought a completely different bed today 15th July - he must need a lot of beds.

I have ordered a single bed frame (almost 400£!) from them and have received it but the suspension for the mattress frame had the wrong holes in it and could not match the other whiles where they were supposed to be screwed.Talk to the company on WhatsApp video they acknowledged the issue and said they will send me a replacement which they never did.Kept lying :today, tomorrow, next week etc. So i have a bed that can not be used. I paid through Paypal so hope i ll get the money back as is been almost a month since they keep lying .

I had placed my order and was given an estimated delivery date it’s not been 2 weeks since that estimated delivery date I have emailed them multiple times with no reply and have text and WhatsApped them, I then received a text saying my order would be delivered on a certain date with a time frame, it came to that date I received no update no tracking update so I text the company again and received a reply “typing error delivery not today” I was then told it would 100% be the following day it’s come to that day I have text the company again on every platform I possibly could and by no surprise I have been ignored and my number had been blocked… this company are nothing but disgusting scammers and everything they show online is just a cover up for robbing genuine people of lots of money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I have been forced to take legal action to get my money back as it was a lot of money they have stolen from me. Be careful out there some people have no care or consideration for anyone other than themselves
