I recently purchased a new car from RMA in DIP.

Overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kat and Ian, the two staff members who assisted me, were both highly professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and ensured everything was handled efficiently. From selecting the right vehicle to finalizing the paperwork, everything was smooth and well-organized, which made the experience stress-free.

Beyond the purchase itself, the overall atmosphere at the dealership was welcoming and friendly. The entire team was approachable, creating a comfortable environment without any pressure.

It was clear that customer service is a priority here, and I appreciated the effort they put into making the process straightforward and clear at each step…

Sold my car to them and the process was easy and fair. Ricardo was the agent I dealt with on recommendation and he even helped me with a new purchase even though it was not from RMA. Definitely a trustworthy person / company - would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a car.

Fantastic Service & Great Offerings

I reached out to the team with an enquiry before Christmas and following a visit to the dealership was shown a number of different options whilst I was being asked questions to understand my needs and budget. We then took several cars for a test drive. Throughout the entire visit I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.
