Great service

Booked appointment online. I was then contacted by a phone call to confirm the date and time I had chosen. Engineer arrived during time slot and was very informative. Excellent service.

We had air conditioning fitted by Martindales.Before fitting, Dan explained everything clearly and the price was good.The work was of a very high standard and the fitters were friendly and professional.The follow up support was good and we are very happy with the product.We would highly recommend this company.

Great professionalism! Scott, Luke & Ethan (lovely well mannered young men) installed our Combi boiler last Tues/Wed., we can't praise them enough! They respected our home laying plastic sheeting throughout and wore overshoes whilst inside. Very impressed! Scott was very patient & explicit in his explanation of the system. Well done 'Martindale's' - we wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to friends & family.

Martindale’s are simply the best, very professional and attentive service. We had a pump failure and leak emergency and they responded brilliantly sorting out the issue and going the extra mile. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Needed a new boiler, the inspection visit was arranged, prompt service , clear explanation from Dan of our options. Felt very reassured about the process.
The installation day came both Luke & Aaron arrived on time, kept us informed of everything they were doing. They were professional, polite, tidied everything and gave us a thorough run through of how the boiler works before leaving.

In August 2025 we had a problem with our pressurised hot water tank that was correctly diagnosed by R J Martindale, they provided excellent and efficient service with the replacement. The staff were very careful with the way they worked around the property, they put down dust sheets all over the walking area, they disposed off all the waste materials and left the property exactly as they found it.

We asked them to quote for the boiler replacement soon thereafter and I was pleasantly surprised with the competitive quote that I had from them as opposed to the local firm that did it last time in 2008. We also signed up to a service plan with them as that too was more competitive than our existing provider.

Last week we had a problem with the towel rails getting partially hot. I called their office, the engineer came out that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and made the necessary correction to the system. We are very impressed with their efficiency and service.

We recommended them to our friend last year, they went on to have their heating system replaced by them and also signed up to their service plan.

I would thoroughly recommend R J Martindale to anyone who is thinking of having their heating system replaced.
