River Crest Surveyors Anmeldelser

We booked a valuation to redeem our HTB loan. From booking the appointment, we had our valuation sent by email within 2-3 days.
Outstanding service and very professional. River crest were the most competitive within the Eastleigh and Southampton area. Very helpful on the phone and always available to answer any questions. Thoroughly recommend to anyone within the area.
Fantastic business 👌

The survey was carried out promptly, soon after the booking was made. The surveyor was very thorough and rang us on two occasions to share his findings. Would recommend Rivercrest Surveyors to others who are moving to the Fareham area.

Amazing job with my level 3 survey!!! They did more than expected. Very professional and helpful. I strongly recommend River Crest Surveyors.

River Crest have been absolutely fantastic from the start. Nitin was extremely generous with his time, going above and beyond to arm us with the right tools and information to make the best decisions possible.
Knowledgeable, honest and professional. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Great service from the beginning to the end of the process. The survey was arranged quickly and efficiently. The feedback from Michael the surveyor on the day was excellent and comprehensive. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Nitin and River Crest Surveyors for a level 3 survey on our new home in June '25. They liased with the estate agent to get access to the property and turned up as expected. I had a phonecall from the surveyor (Nitin) to see if there was anything specific I wanted investigated. When Nitin had almost completed the survey, he gave my husband and I a call to discuss his findings. This was amazing, as I've never been in the position before to have a conversation with the person surveying the property and it was a really really valuable part of the process for us. We were on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes. He said that he'd try and get the drone up to investigate the gutters more thoroughly which was a service we hadn't paid for. We had a draft report in our inbox 5 days later (which included a weekend - so only 3 working days later) and then the final report dropped in 9 working days after his inspection. The final report included loads of added information that I've never seen in a survey before like soil types and surface water flood mapping. And countless photos including some fantastic drone footage. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending River Crest for anyone wanting a Level 3 comprehensive survey. A great price for a great service.

I cannot praise Nitin and his colleagues highly enough.
I’m pretty much a novice at house buying, and not hugely technical, but Nitin took me through his findings clearly and simply until I felt confident about the decisions I was making.
I’m very thankful that I happened to choose River Crest: they went above and beyond with real kindness, and a real understanding of the kind of information and guidance I needed. Outstanding.

The managing director is very passionate about his work and has a great work ethic. Thoroughly impressed.

Nitin helped me understand valuing properties in a unique and professional way. Thank you.

Timely, merciless, and very useful survey. Very pleased with the service and would use it again.

This is the first time we buy a house so we didn’t mind to pay a bit more to get a level 3 survey. We received a phone call from Nitin to inform us the results of the survey at the day he finished the survey. A comprehensive survey report was issued by the next day. Nitin also spent time going through the report with us and he was so kind and patient to explain the findings and answer all our questions. We are happy to recommend River Crest for anyone who needs a professional surveyor.

Very pleased with the information and service received from the team .The level of detail was comprehensive and insightful and it made the process extremely swift and simple. The final report was clear and concise and very detailed. I then arranged to have a follow up to discuss with Nitin who was very informative and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Would highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish

I was kept informed at every stage, from booking the survey, and a short phone call just afterwards covering the main points. Got the draft copy a few days after. Gave us the confidence to move ahead with our purchase and I can't thank you enough for being a joy to deal with.

Aruna has been exceptional. She conducted an incredibly thorough survey, keeping me fully informed from start to finish. She was always available to promptly answer any questions or clarify any doubts in a clear and decisive manner. Having experienced numerous surveys in the past, this one has undoubtedly been the best by far. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. A fantastic company, outstanding professionals, and unbeatable value for money

I had an excellent experience working with Aruna from Rivercrest Surveyors. She delivered an incredibly detailed and well-structured Level 3 report, identifying not only structural and maintenance concerns but also explaining their implications in a way that was easy to understand. Aruna took the time to answer all of my follow-up questions patiently and thoroughly, and even supported me during the negotiation process with timely, professional guidance. Her technical knowledge, clarity, and genuine care made this an outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and insightful surveyor!

We’ve had 2 surveys with River Crest (level 2 and 3 on different properties) and on both occasions Nitin and the team were just amazing. Very clear communication, detailed surveys, advice and support where needed… Couldn’t recommend River Crest higher!!

The surveyor telephoned a couple of times during the survey to discuss his findings, this was very informative and made the experience personable.

Great professional service from the Gentleman doing the survey and was very down to earth explaining stuff which made it easy to understand if you don't know the jargon.

I made an offer on a large property which looked like it had a complicated history. I wanted a thorough Level 3 survey by experienced surveyors, and was happy to pay more than the very minimum to ensure I had a quality survey, given the cost of the property. River Crest Surveyors was in a sweet spot - experienced surveyors guaranteed and a competitive price against companies offering that. The survey was done promptly after my request, and the documentation I received was professional and comprehensive, giving a lot of specific detail about the property that I was buying, rather than generic information. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision about the work needed on the property I was buying, to know if I was making a sound decision. After reading the pack, Nitin was very generous with his time, and spent around 3.5 hours talking through the detail of the report with me on the phone (I had a lot of questions!), despite him having a very bad cough. In my opinion, that shows real dedication to providing a top service! Nitin was also able to point me in the direction of people who can help me to remediate the findings of the survey, so I will at least have a benchmark for any tradesmen I chose to use. Based on all these factors, I can highly recommend River Crest Surveyors.

River Crest Surveyors were brilliant from start to finish. We received an appointment within 3 days and the detailed report followed within the next couple of days. Our surveyor called us straight after he had conducted the survey to explain the main findings and offer advice, which instantly put us at ease. I would highly recommend and would use River Crest Surveyors again if moving in the future.
